On the back side, there is a vertical mounting piece 81 for attaching to the building frame at approximately the center of the expected width, and since the outdoor side protrudes from the window opening, the indoor end of the main body part of the satsui is attached to the building frame attachment piece. 82 to ensure fixation, and
A pair of locking pieces 83 and 84 are provided on the back side of the main body portion of the sash to stabilize the fixation of the sash frame to the building frame or auxiliary member.

To briefly describe this, the mounting piece 81 of the semi-external sash is connected to the locking piece 8.
The mullion assembly was formed by peeling off the sash vertical frames and the mullion auxiliary frame serving as the backbone.

構造の確実化が要請されている。 In this new type of mullion assembly,
A mullion assembly is actually realized when independent windows are connected by a mullion auxiliary frame (a continuous window assembly). Therefore, since the connecting portion must have rigidity against the load applied thereto, it is required that the connecting structure be made more reliable, such as by screwing in at least a plurality of locations.

It has been found that the presence of this communication structure is undesirable in mortar finishing when installing the sash, and in rain protection.

It is a continuous bay window body formed by forming a window W 2 and connecting these windows W 1 and W 2 with a mullion auxiliary frame 4, and among the windows W 1 and W 2 , the windows on both sides W 1 and W 1 is installed parallel to the building wall, and the central window W 2 ,
W 2 is provided to protrude toward the outside of the room, and furthermore, in connecting the windows W 1 , W 2 and the windows W 2 , W 2 by the mullion auxiliary frame 4, it is connected to each vertical frame 1 of the adjacent window. The vertical auxiliary frame 4 has its respective outdoor side end portions locked in a concave-convex fit in the indoor/outdoor direction, and a screw receiving portion 7 provided on the indoor side of the mullion auxiliary frame 4.
b, screws are inserted through the indoor side mounting pieces 3c of the vertical frame 1, and screwed together at the indoor side ends, and the upper and lower ends of the connecting portion between the vertical frames 1, 1 and the mullion auxiliary frame 4 are screwed together. A cap material 9 is installed between the outdoor side edge and a portion extending from the outdoor side edge to the indoor side by a predetermined width B, and A screw hole 10 was formed at an appropriate position within the range of , and a screw from the cap material 9 was inserted into the screw hole to fix the cap material to the mullioned auxiliary frame 4.

In addition, in the same figure, the central part of the continuous bay window projects in a triangular shape, among which the windows W 1 and W 1 parallel to the building wall are fitted together, and the central windows W 2 and W 2 have vertical axes. It is a rotating window, and the angle at which the windows W 1 and W 2 intersect (the angle formed) is approximately 135 degrees, and the windows W 2 and W 2 are approximately 90 degrees.

Since the second projecting piece 3 has fins 3b extending further than the bent piece 3a, when using this in the continuous window of the present invention,
The fin 3b is peeled off at the bent piece 3a. Further, the pair of left and right vertical frames 1, 1 are provided symmetrically on the back side of the main body portion 2 thereof.

取付けるものである。 In addition, in the connection between the vertical frame 1 and the mullion auxiliary frame 4, in this example, the opening direction of the groove 7a is constant (opening facing outdoors in the figure), and the screw receiving part 7b is located inside the hollow base 5. Since it is provided at the inner end portion, that is, closer to the indoor side than the protruding piece 3 of the vertical frame main portion 2 located closest to the indoor side, the mullion auxiliary frame 4 is located at the vertical frame 1, which faces each other at a predetermined angle. 1, and then slide the two in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 1, and the positioning of the connection between the two can be accomplished very easily. Incidentally, the continuous bay window body of the present invention connects the vertical frames 1, 1 and the mullion auxiliary frame 4 in this way, that is, the adjacent windows W 1 , W 1 and W 2 ,
The W 2 are connected by a mullion auxiliary frame 4 to form one bay window body, and this bay window body is attached to the building frame P at the opening of the building.

It constitutes a window mullion assembly. In this example, the protruding piece 7 having the groove portion 7a is provided only on the side wall 51 of the base body 5, and the protruding piece 7 having the screw receiving portion 7b is provided at the indoor end of the extending piece 6. In addition, in this case, the protruding piece 7
The screw receiving portion 7b itself also serves as a screw receiving portion 7b.

It is sufficient to have at least one of each. That is, the vertical frame 1 and the mullion auxiliary frame 4 are engaged at least in their respective outdoor end portions in a recessed/concave fitting manner, and are screwed together at their indoor end portions.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, this cap material 9 includes a lid portion 91 that conforms to the cross-sectional shape of the mullusoidal assembly A at a portion protruding from the building frame P, and a lid portion 91 on the indoor side of the lid portion. The cap material 9 in FIG. 6 is the mullusoidal assembly A on the left side in FIGS. 1 and 5, and the cap material 9 in FIG. 7 is the one on the right side. Vertical assembly A
will be closed respectively. mullion auxiliary frame 4
A screw hole is formed in the hole, and a screw is inserted through the lid portion 91 of the cap material 9 to fix the cap material 9 to the mullusoidal assembly A. In this case, the cap material 9
As mentioned above, is attached to the part of the mullusoidal assembly A that protrudes from the building frame P, and since its wall portion 92 is erected on the indoor side of the lid portion 91, The position of the portion 92 necessarily coincides with the vertical mounting piece of the upper frame (see FIG. 8). Therefore, if a screw is inserted through the lid part 91 of the cap material 9 and the cap material is fixed to the mullusoidal assembly A,
The wall portion 92 covers the vertical mounting piece of the upper frame from the outdoor side.

この突出した窓の荷重の一部をキヤツプ材が担う
という機能を奏する。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the continuous bay window unit of the present invention is configured as a bay window with the center part protruding to the outside of the room by connecting multiple independent windows with a mullion auxiliary frame. In the mullion auxiliary frame, the concave-convex fitting is locked at the outdoor end, and it is screwed at the indoor end, that is, the screwing is done only on the indoor side, so it is easy to assemble the assembly. is simplified. Moreover, in this case, the cap material is located at the outdoor side locking point and is covered with the lid, so even if the locking point is not screwed, that is, the locking point is simply a concave-convex fit. Even if the vertical frame and the mullion auxiliary frame are dislocated in the vertical direction, there is no risk of wind and rain entering the locking area. In addition, the cap materials are attached to the upper and lower ends of the joint between the vertical frame and the mullion auxiliary frame, and are screwed to the mullion auxiliary frame, so the upper and lower cap materials are connected to the mullion auxiliary frame and the vertical frame. This means that the mullion auxiliary frame and the vertical frame are securely connected, and in the series of operations of transporting and installing the assembled product,
The bonded state can be fully maintained. This point is extremely significant in cases where the central window protrudes toward the outside of the room, as in the present invention.
The function of the cap material is to bear part of the load of this protruding window.

The fixing direction corresponds to the X, Y, and Z coordinate axes, so that the connection rigidity of the continuous bay window body can be further improved.

This situation can be avoided.
