As shown in the figure, the washing / dehydrating tub 1 has a stirring blade 2 rotatably provided at the bottom thereof, which reduces the driving force from a motor 4 via a speed reduction mechanism 3 so that the stirring blade 2 can be washed.
The driving force is transmitted to the washing and dehydrating tub 1 at the time of dehydration. Switching between dehydration and washing at this time is performed by driving the drain valve 5, and when the drain valve 5 is driven, the wash water is drained and the clutch of the speed reduction mechanism 3 is switched to perform the dehydration operation.

The washing tub lid 6 has a folding structure having a hinge in the center thereof and covers the upper opening of the washing machine body 7. The lid detecting switch 8 is a bearing portion 6 of the washing tub lid 6.
The lever 6b provided in the vicinity of "a" opens and closes the contact according to the opening and closing of the washing tub lid 6. Control device 9
Is disposed on the operation display unit 10 on the upper front surface of the washing machine main body 7 so as to sequentially control a series of steps of washing, rinsing and dehydrating.

The lid detection switch 8 is, as shown in FIG.
When the washing tub cover 6 is closed, the switch lever 80 is pushed up in the direction of arrow A by the lever 6b, and the contacts 82a and 82b are closed via the movable body 81. Also,
When the washing / dehydrating tub 1 vibrates greatly during the dehydration operation, the lever 83 is pushed in the direction B, and the contacts 82a and 82b closed by the switch lever 80 are pushed to open the movable body 81.

In the above configuration, when the user inputs the dehydration operation setting to the control device 9 or enters the dehydration process in the fully automatic operation, the control device 9 drives the drain valve 5 and the motor 4 to decelerate. The washing / dehydrating tub 1 is rotationally driven via the mechanism 3. When the user opens the washing tub lid 6 during this dehydration operation, the contacts 82a and 82b of the lid detection switch 8 which are closed by being held by the lever 6b are opened, and a signal for opening the lid is input to the control device 9 to control the control device. Reference numeral 9 stops the rotation of the motor 4 and the drive of the drain valve 5. When the drive of the drain valve 5 is stopped, the brake mechanism in the speed reduction mechanism 3 works and the washing and dehydrating tub 1 is decelerated and stopped.

If clothes in the washing / dehydrating tub 1 are biased during such a dewatering operation, the washing / dehydrating tub 1 sways left and right, and the washing machine body 7 vibrates. At this time, the vibration of the washing / dehydrating tub 1 pushes the lever 83 of the lid detection switch 8 to output a pulse signal of about Pw = 50 to 200 msec from the contacts 82a and 82b, as shown in FIG. Input to the device 9. Control device 9
Detects the unbalance during the dehydration operation by this signal, stops the dehydration operation, supplies water to the washing and dehydration tub 1, agitates the clothes with the stirring blades 2 to correct the bias, and then drains and dehydrates again. continue.

According to the first means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides:
Since the detection angle when the washing tub lid is opened can be set by the distance adjusted by the sensitivity of the first lid detection means and the strength of the magnet, the opening detection angle of the washing tub lid can be lowered. . Further, since it is determined that the lid is open simply by turning off either the first lid detection means or the second lid detection means, the safety can be further improved.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, when the dehydration operation setting is input from the switch 21 of the operation display means 14 or when the dehydration process is started in the fully automatic operation, the control means 11 causes the power switching means 12 to be operated. The drainage valve 5 and the motor 4 are driven to rotate the washing / dehydrating tub 1 via the speed reduction mechanism 3. At this time, since the washing tub lid 6 is closed, the lid detection switch 8 and the reed switch 16 are on.

When the user opens the washing tub lid 6 during this dehydration operation, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), first, the reed switch 1
6 is turned off, and subsequently, the lid detection switch 8 is turned off as shown in FIG. The control means 11 determines that the washing tub lid 6 is open at the point C in FIG. 5, stops the rotation of the motor 4, and stops the driving of the drain valve 5. Drain valve 5

Next, when the clothes in the washing / dehydrating tub 1 are biased during the dewatering operation, the reed switch 16 is turned on and the vibration of the washing / dehydrating tub 1 is vibrated, as shown in FIG. 6 (a). As a result, as shown in FIG. 6B, only the lid detection switch 8 is turned off for about Pw = 50 to 200 ms. Control means 11
Is judged to be an imbalance of dehydration only under this condition,
After the dehydration operation is stopped and water is supplied to the washing and dehydrating tank 1, the clothes are agitated by the agitating blades 2 to correct the unevenness, and then drained again to continue the dehydration.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the control means for controlling the series of steps of washing, rinsing and dehydrating, and the printed wiring board provided on the upper surface of the main body of the washing machine are provided. It is provided with a first lid detecting means which is mounted and responds to a magnet attached to the washing tub lid, and a second lid detecting means which is turned on when the washing tub lid is closed and is turned off when the washing / dehydrating tub abnormally vibrates. Since the control means determines that the washing tub lid is open when either the first lid detection means or the second lid detection means is turned off,
Since the opening detection angle of the washing tub lid can be made smaller, the safety during operation of the washing machine can be further improved, and the first lid detection means is mounted on the printed wiring board of the control device. Therefore, the wiring from the first lid detection means to the control means, the connector, etc. are not required, so that the cost can be reduced and various measures against noise can be reduced. In addition, since it is determined that the lid is open only by turning off either the first lid detection means or the second lid detection means, safety can be further improved.

In the control means, the washing / dehydrating tub is abnormally vibrated when the first lid detecting means is turned on and the second lid detecting means is temporarily turned off for a predetermined time or less. Therefore, for example, the user does not accidentally detect the imbalance during dehydration by accidentally touching the washing tub lid.
