商品払出し装置の作動量と作動時間を少なくして、機械
的な摩耗を低減し、しかも、繰り返し払い出す場合であ
っても、一販売動作の所要時間が従来に比べて短時間で
済むため、迅速な払い出し動作を実現でき、フラッパー
式商品払い出し装置の作動を改善できるものである。

ラムが左右に併設され、各商品コラムの下端の隣接側の
壁に沿って一端が枢支された商品受台を商品コラムの下
端にそれぞれ設け、 前記商品受台を水平状に支持したり遊端を下方へ回動さ
せて商品受台を垂下させる半円状のカム板を、左右の前
記商品受台の下面に沿って左右の商品コラム側へ出没可
能に配置し、 最下端の商品を搬出するときに下から2番目の商品を押
圧して最下端の商品以外が落下しないようにするストッ
パーを各商品受台の上方位置にそれぞれ配置し、 前記ストッパーを作動させるカム体を前記カム板の作動
軸に設けて、ストッパーの作動を商品受台の作動に連動
させて、 前記カム板が、左右の商品コラムの両側に跨がって存在
する待機姿勢から、右側商品コラム側へ完全に移動した
左側商品コラム搬出姿勢、および左側商品コラム側へ完
全に移動した右側商品コラム搬出姿勢に作動するように
構成すると共に、 収納した商品の有無を検出する売切れ検出スイッチを各
商品コラムの下端近傍にそれぞれ設け、 前記売切れ検出スイッチが売り切れを検出したときに左
右の商品コラムのうちの売り切れた商品コラムから搬出
する搬出姿勢を実行しない方向にカム板を90゜往復回転
させて前記売切れ検出スッチが売り切れを検出する前よ
りもカム板の回動範囲を減少させる制御手段を設けた 自動販売機の商品払出し装置。
1.
