2. Description of the Related Art Up to now, blowing up of protective materials due to flying stones and gun phenomena that occur inevitably when carrying out blasting work, and scattered materials caused by blowing away have been regarded as a problem as a pollution source of blasting work, but it is effective. Currently, there is no countermeasure or method. As a current method of protecting explosives, blasting sheets using fibers such as old tatami mat, nylon and tetron, blasting mats using old tires and synthetic rubber plates, etc. are used.

However, these conventional protection methods are aimed at the prevention effect of only one of the prevention of scattered materials such as flying stones and the gun phenomenon.
Each of them has problems such as insufficient strength, workability due to excessive weight, difficulty in obtaining materials, etc., and a product capable of obtaining a sufficient effect has not been developed. Furthermore, there is nothing about a material that can simultaneously prevent both flying materials such as flying stones and the gun phenomenon and obtain a sufficient effect.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. The purpose is to improve workability by reducing the weight of each work such as loading and unloading of protective material when performing blasting work using explosives, and at the same time, each phenomenon that occurs in blasting work. By selecting the appropriate protective material that corresponds to
It is an object of the present invention to provide a blasting method capable of preventing the scattering of flying stones or the like, which is inevitably generated during the blasting work, and the blowing up and blowing off of the protective material due to the gun phenomenon, and further ensuring safety.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive studies, the present inventor has loaded explosives into a filling port formed in a body to be destroyed as usual, and filling an insert (4) such as sand into the hole. In the blasting method in which the hole mouth is sealed with a damping material (5) such as hydraulic mortar, a cap-shaped mat with a collar is provided on the hole mouth.
The present inventors have found that it is effective to use a combination of three types of protective means, that is, a sheet made of high-strength fiber and a bag-shaped sheet, and have reached the present invention.

That is, the present invention provides a method of blasting a destructible body in which explosives are loaded into a loading hole formed in the destructible body, and the hole mouth is sealed with a damping material to explode. A heat-resistant and shock-resistant mat in the shape of a hat with a collar that prevents the sudden and intense scattering of scattered objects with an extremely narrow scattering range and directionality due to the gun phenomenon is placed on the mat over a wide range of directions such as flying stones. Blast the object to be destroyed by covering it with a sheet made of high-strength fiber that prevents the scattering of undesired scattered objects, and then covering it with a sheet covering equipped with a means for dispersing, arranging and fixing a plurality of weights. The blasting method is characterized by

The circular cap-shaped heat resistant and impact mat (6) used in the blasting method of the present invention has a structure as shown in FIG. 3, for example, but the material is soft and lightweight. High impact strength is preferable. This is because, depending on the scale of the blasting work, when the number of holes loaded with explosives is large, it is also preferable in terms of workability when placing on the hole mouth of each loading completion hole and not breaking the blasting leg line. . further,
Its power is 1/50 to 1/10 of explosives such as dynamite
In a concrete crusher of about 0, the inner surface of the circular cap-shaped mat with a collar may be heat-resistant and flame-retardant due to the high heat of the explosive combustion of the concrete crusher and the flame that blows out after the damping material when the gun phenomenon occurs. A hat-shaped shape is preferable in terms of wrapping these scattered matters.

A sheet (8) for preventing scattering of flying stones and the like by a blasting work, a heat-resistant and impact mat (6) in the form of a circular cap with a collar, and the sheet (8) for preventing the sheet from being blown up and blown off. The sheet cover (9) of (1) is preferably capable of covering the entire scale of the blasting work with a single sheet, but the scale of the blasting work is large and small, and in terms of workability, its size and weight are large. Since there is a limit, a suitable square or rectangle is preferable, and when the blasting work scale is large, it is preferable that the sheet (8) or its covering (9) can be easily connected to cover the whole. Such a sheet covering can be used in the form of a sheet, a bag, a sheet, a net or a mat.

Regarding the sheet (8) for preventing scattering of flying stones due to blasting work, it is preferable that the sheet (8) is connected in a state of overlapping so as to prevent flying blast of blasting and flying materials such as flying stones from flying out. Further, it is preferable that the size and the shape thereof can be easily processed, and that they have strength and a certain weight so as to prevent the impact of a blast of a blast or a flying stone or the like from being mitigated. In particular, since the sheet (8) inevitably encloses concrete, rocks, etc. after blasting, it is preferable that the sheet (8) has a sharp corner of the object to be destroyed and a large tensile strength that is hard to be broken by a large heavy machine for post-treatment. The more flexible and excellent the flexibility, the more preferable.

[0012] or more as a material having a characteristic is preferably high strength fibers of nylon or polyester or the like, its size is preferably quadrilateral or rectangular range of 9m 2 12m 2, weight range of 5kg~25kg Are preferred. Further, it is preferable that the sheet covering (9) is capable of alleviating a strong impact caused by a blast, flying stones or other scattered objects, or a gun phenomenon. In particular, it is more preferable that the sheet has a bag shape, and air is injected into the sheet to be in an air bag state. The amount of air injected into the sheet covering (9) is preferably 0% to 90% of the inner volume of the bag in order to protect the sheet from a strong impact such as a blast, flying stones, or a gun phenomenon.

The sheet cover (9) is provided with a circular cap-shaped heat-resistant / shock mat (6) of the present invention and a sheet (8) for preventing scattering of flying stones. In order to ensure prevention, a means for dispersing, arranging and fixing the weight body (14), for example, a pocket (10) is provided at an appropriate position of the sheet covering body. Then, preferably, a stop member for preventing the weight body inserted into the pocket from falling off is provided on the sheet covering body. This sheet covering (9)
The weight body (14) having a high specific gravity can be made of metal such as iron or lead, nylon, synthetic resin for engineering, or rubber, but the material is soft and as thin as possible. Smaller ones are preferable, and especially to have a function of mitigating the impact of falling in order to prevent secondary accidents to workers due to loading / unloading to / from the work site, attachment / detachment work to / from the sheet cover (9), and falling. , The softer the better,
Further, it is more preferable that it is less likely to be deformed.
