2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a wall type construction method is known in which a structural panel is struck on each frame of a floor and a wall to form a floor panel and a wall panel, and the floor panel and the wall panel are assembled into a box-shaped structure. . According to this wall type construction method, an external force is evenly supported on the entire floor and the entire wall, and high structural strength can be obtained, as compared with the case of the frame construction method consisting of columns and beams. . A unit building method is known as one method for increasing the industrial production rate of a building. When applying the above wall type construction method to a unit building,
As described in Japanese Patent No. 30978, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-33958, and the like, a single building is composed of a plurality of building units configured by erection of wall panels on floor panels, supporting trusses and wives. It is divided into a roof unit composed of a roof panel laid on a small wall panel, etc., each unit is produced at the factory, then these units are transported to the construction site, and on the foundation prepared beforehand, first , A plurality of building units are combined vertically and horizontally, and then a roof unit of a size corresponding to the upper part of the combined building units is placed and joined.

Also, as a special case, the roof panel (rather than the roof unit) may be installed directly on top of a building unit called a trapezoidal unit. Here, the trapezoidal unit is a building unit in which the upper surfaces of a pair of wall panels erected on opposite side edge portions of the floor panel are formed in a state of being inclined downward to the outdoor side,
A roof panel is placed directly on the top of the trapezoidal unit to form a one-way roof.

By the way, since the above-mentioned conventional roof panels and the like do not have a ceiling in units, the ceiling installation work from the installation of the rim to the attachment of the ceiling panel must be carried out locally. did not become. For this reason, although the construction period from the installation of building units, etc. on the foundation of the construction site to the assembly of roof panels, etc. is short, a lot of labor and time are still required for the on-site construction such as ceiling installation work to be performed after this. And needed. In addition, the quality of the ceiling construction tends to vary due to the local construction.
