密閉形圧縮機において、上記回転軸が、上記回転軸の軸
方向の孔内で且つ上記軸方向の孔と直角な孔よりも上流
側に楔状の隙間を形成するように回転軸の回転方向に開
口する板ばね製のごみ取り手段を配設されて成る密閉形
圧縮機とすることにより達成される。

されている。ロータ2′は回転軸4に圧入等により固定
されている。ローラ6は回転軸4の偏心部に嵌合されて
いる。ベーン7はスプリング9によりローラ6に押圧さ
れている。回転軸4の回転に伴い、ローラ6が偏心回動
し、ベーン7は往復運動する。

中に混在する鉄系異物及び非鉄系異物の両方ともごみ取
り手段を通過する際に楔状の隙間内に捕捉されて、鉄系
異物及び非鉄系異物が摺動部に侵入するのを確実に防止
でき、異物の摺動部への侵入による摺動面の咬り、摩耗
等の損傷を防ぎ信頼性を向上させるという効果がある。
