ルミ薄板を重着して成る合板を羽根形状に成形したもの
であり、人の手で変形(角度調整)出来る程度の軟質性
を有させている。無論、硬質性材料で回転羽根を成形し
ても何等構わない。又、回転羽根(2)の前面側には、
磁石体(5)が2個ずつ取り付けられており、回転羽根
(2)の回転によって、4個の磁石体(5)を回転させ
る構成になっている。尚、回転羽根(2)は主軸体
(1)に対して回転自在に設けられており、本実施例で
は、第4図に示す如く、主軸体(1)の管内先端部にボ
ルト螺子込み部(1a)(またはナット部)を形成し、一
方、回転羽根(2)の中心部にボルト螺子径よりも大径
でありボルト頭よりも小径の挿通孔(2a)を穿設し、ボ
ルト(6)を挿通孔(2a)へ遊挿した後、多少回転羽根
(2)が前後へ移動可能な程度に遊びを持たせた状態で
ボルトねじ込み部(1a)(またはナット部)へねじ込ん
でいるが、他の方法を講じても良く、取り付け手段につ
いては特に限定するものではない。又、支柱(4)に対
し主軸体(1)を重心位置で回転自在に配設させる取り
付け手段も同様とする。垂直翼(3)は、風向きに対し
て主軸体(1)を垂直に位置させ当該方向へ回転羽根
(2)を向かせる為の尾翼である。(5)は磁石体で、
略半球形状を成し、切口両側をS極、先端側をN極とし
ており、地磁場(0.45乃至0.5ガウス)と異なる異常磁
場を発生させて磁場の乱れを作り出す磁力(例えば表面
が1500ガウス程度)を有している。又、本実施例では、
回転羽根(2)の各羽根に2個ずつ取り付けたが、磁力
の大きさ、回転羽根の大きさ、羽根の枚数等によって1
個ずつ、3個ずつであっても良く、取り付け個数、取り
付け場所等は特定されるべきではない。又、磁石体
(5)は羽根の前面部に接着剤によって直接接着しても
構わないが、第3図に示す如く、回転羽根(2)及び磁
石体(5)に係止蓋(7)の上面に突出形成した嵌挿軸
(7a)が挿入可能な挿通孔(2b)、挿通孔(5b)2それ
ぞれ設けて、裏面側から嵌挿軸(7a)を挿通させ回転羽
根(2)を挟持する形で磁石体(5)と係止蓋(7)と
