(Prior art) Conventionally, pigeons have been considered undesirable when living in cities, that is, they are harmful.
The pigeons that live in certain places (shrines, station premises, people's balconies, factories, etc.) pollute the place with their excrement, which not only spoils the beauty of the place, but also causes various pathogens (such as psittacosis, cryptococcosis, etc.). cass disease, etc.)
In addition to fecal damage, feces can also cause noise ( (When they live in groups, they can be very noisy and disturb your sleep.), as well as their feathers, nests, and birds, causing damage.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, various conventional instruments and devices,
It was not completely effective, and it had various problems in terms of aesthetics and cost. for example,
Birds that are accustomed to the false eyeballs or do not care about the false eyeballs at all will not run away, and if they set up a net, it will disfigure them. Until now, it was believed that pigeons' homing ability was based on the solar compass (solar zenith angle and internal body clock), but in recent years, it has become clear that pigeons fly accurately even at night or on cloudy days. Various experiments have shown that there is more to do with the earth's magnetic field and the small magnetite in the pigeon's head than with the compass. The direction is also disturbed,
An abnormality of about 40 gamma per kilometer causes a deviation in the direction of return, and in areas with an abnormality of 2000 gamma or more, the direction of return is completely lost. ) is obtained by

(Function) As described above, the device for preventing flying of pigeons of the present invention has the tension wire 4 passed through the guide groove of the lid body 2, and the protruding insertion portion of the lid body 2 inserted into the insertion hole of the magnet body 1. Similarly, the magnet bodies 1 are sequentially fixed to the tension thread 4 at appropriate intervals. Next, the columns 3 are fixed at intervals such that several magnets 1 are lined up, and the fixing member is firmly fixed on the installation surface (a place where you do not want pigeons to fly), and the female screw of the fixing member is tightened. All you have to do is screw the male screw part of the support rod into the part.
After that, all you have to do is insert the tension thread 4 into the upper locking groove and lock it so that it can be held with a constant tension so that it does not shift, making installation preparation very simple and requires no effort. Anyone can install it. In addition, when this device is installed at an appropriate location, the magnetic force of each magnet body can generate an abnormally fluctuating magnetic field that is completely different from geothermal air. They can't stay there and fly away, and since the position of the magnet and the pigeon's head (where the biological magnet is) are at about the same height, the prevention effect can be maximized.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a magnet body, which has a hemispherical shape or a shape similar to a hemispherical shape, and has an insertion hole 5 with the cut surface 1a as an opening. The north pole is the north pole, and the tip side is the south pole. Since the biological magnet of birds is magnetite, the magnet 1 is preferably a ferrite magnet that is made of magnetite and has excellent anisotropy. As for the magnetic force, as mentioned above, it is possible to use magnetite with a slight abnormal magnetic field. It is obvious that people will lose their direction even if there is a problem, and the magnetic force of the earth's magnetic field is about 0.5 Gauss in the polar regions and about 0.3 Gauss in the equatorial region, and in our country
Since the magnetic force is about 0.45 to 0.5 Gauss, it is sufficient that a magnetic force of about 0.5 Gauss magnetic field line A or more is generated continuously in the horizontal direction between the installation surface and the top of the pigeon's head. As for the magnetic force, if the spacing between the magnet bodies 1 is set to about 25 cm, it is possible to artificially generate an extremely useful abnormal magnetic field as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 2 designates a lid body that allows the magnet body 1 to be easily and reliably attached to the tension thread line at appropriate intervals, and has an insertion portion 6 that can be fitted into the insertion hole 5 of the magnet body 1. Guide grooves 7a and 7b are formed in a protruding manner and are used to sandwich the tension thread 4 between the magnet body 1 and the lid body 2 during fitting. A locking piece 8 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the protruding insertion portion 6 to prevent it from falling off once it is inserted. Reference numeral 3 denotes a column, which is composed of a rod 3a and a fixing member 3b so that it can be easily fixed to the installation part. Only the fixing member 3b needs to be fixed to various materials on the installation surface, and the rod 3a can be fixed later. The pillar 3 is formed by screwing them together. The rod body 3a has a structure in which a locking groove 10 for the tensioning thread 4 is carved in the upper part so that the tensioning thread 4 can be locked in a state where it does not shift or move. A male screw portion 9a is provided at the bottom (for example, by attaching a hammer-like weight to the tensioning thread line 4 to prevent the tensioning thread 4 from moving). The fixing member 3b has a female screw portion 9b on the upper surface.
The board is provided with an adhesive on the back side,
By drilling the adhesive adjustment hole 11 at an appropriate position, excess adhesive will overflow from the adhesive adjustment hole 11 when applying an epoxy adhesive or the like to the back side and adhering it to the installation surface. If it is left to dry in this state, the overflowing adhesive will further increase the degree of adhesion. If the installation surface is made of H steel, L steel, etc. having an arbitrary thickness, the fixing member 3b may be tightened and fixed using a clamp or the like so that it will never come off. Further, in FIG. 1, the female screw portion 9b and the adhesive adjustment hole 11 are provided at both ends of the fixing member 3b, but the female screw portion 9b may be provided in the center portion of the fixing member 3b as shown in FIG. Also, H steel and L
As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing member 3b dedicated to structures such as steel may be a plug-in fixing member with a U-shaped cross section and a narrow opening, or with a return on the inside. 4 is the thread wire for tensioning, and although there are no particular restrictions on the material, the wire diameter is Tetron (product name) because it needs to have high strength, weather resistance, and resistance to corrosion because it will be used outdoors all the time. It is sufficient to use a wire rod of about 0.8 mm, and if the tension of the thread wire 4 is set to a tensile load of 25 kg or more, the magnet body 1 can always be suspended in an optimal condition, and it will not become too loose. There's nothing wrong. In addition, this device has magnet body 1
The same effect can be obtained not only by suspending the magnets 1 but also by placing the magnets 1 at the above-mentioned intervals as shown in FIG. (The wire 4 may be a piano wire with a wire diameter of about 0.8 mm.) However, it should be used only in areas where magnetism does not flow, such as wood or aluminum, excluding iron and reinforced concrete areas. Furthermore, since the device of the present invention is a device that generates an abnormal magnetic field locally (in a band shape of a constant width), when installing it in a deep place, it should be installed in several rows or as shown in Figure 11. The ring-shaped magnet 1' may be suspended by a thread 4 to generate an abnormal magnetic field in the space.
In addition, since the ring-shaped magnet 1' creates an abnormal magnetic field in a wide area, it is suitable for areas where pigeons enter and build nests, such as gaps between buildings.
Simply installing the ring-shaped magnets 1 at the entrance (if several rows of magnets are arranged, it is better to have adjacent magnets repel each other so that the lines of magnetic force spread out) is sufficient to prevent flying objects. is obtained.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, by focusing on the fact that the magnet inside the pigeon's body is a major factor in determining its directionality, it is possible to prevent pigeons from flying by causing them to lose this directionality. It has a structure that prevents flying objects, and its effectiveness will never diminish with getting used to it, and it has great effects that could not be obtained with conventional various flying prevention devices. Furthermore, simply placing or hanging a magnet does not produce any effect; the effect can only be obtained by generating an abnormal magnetic field within a certain range, that is, within certain conditions. Since the preparation involved is very simple, the device is extremely easy to use, and its commercial value is extremely high.
