【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ドライバ工具に取り付けられて、ねじ保
持テープに一列に保持されたねじを一本づつ連続的に打
ち込むようになっているねじ打込装置であって、ドライ
バ工具先端部に取り付けられる筒状のケーシングと、こ
のケーシング内を復帰ばねを介して摺動往復自在に嵌合
する摺動部材と、摺動部材を横切るねじ保持テープ案内
通路を案内されるねじ保持テープをねじ保持間隔の一ピ
ッチづつ送る機構とを有するねじ打込装置において、 前記摺動部材のねじ保持テープ案内通路より前方にねじ
保持機構が設けられ、このねじ保持機構として、ねじ保
持テープ移送方向に対して横方向に貫通する摺動部材の
横貫通孔内に、一対のねじ案内部材をドライバービット
の軸線の延長線に対し両側から対向して摺動自在に配置
し、これらのねじ案内部材をばねにより一対のねじ案内
部材が常時互いに向かって近接するように付勢し、さら
にねじ保持テープの一ピッチの移動と連動して一対のね
じ案内部材をねじ打ち込み時に互いに向かって近接させ
かつテープ移送時に互いから離隔する手段を設けたこと
を特徴とするねじ打込装置。
1. 各テープ連動レバーを前記ねじ案内部材のねじ保持中心
より移送方向に沿って延ばしてその他端で摺動部材に旋
回可能に支持し、各テープ連動レバーには、一対のねじ
案内部材が互いに係合したときにテープの溝に嵌入する
ようにねじ案内部材のねじ保持中心からテープ溝の一ピ
ッチの半分だけずれた位置にV字形突起を設けたことを
特徴とする請求項1のねじ打込装置。

持し、一方テープの両側縁の外方にはそれぞれ、前記各
案内部材保持レバーに設けた駆動スロットに一方の腕の
端部で係合しかつ他方の腕の端部でテープの孔にテープ
の面に対し垂直な方向から嵌入および離脱可能にテープ
連動両腕レバーを枢着し、このテープ連動両腕レバーの
他方の腕の端部は、一対のねじ案内部材が互いに係合し
たときにテープの孔に嵌入するようにねじ案内部材のね
じ保持中心からテープ孔の一ピッチの半分だけずれた位
置に存在することを特徴とする請求項1のねじ打込装
置。
