Claims (6)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ドライバ工具に取り付けられて、ねじ保
持テープに一列に保持されたねじを一本づつ連続的に打
ち込むようになっているねじ打込装置であって、ドライ
バ工具先端部に取り付けられる筒状のケーシングと、こ
のケーシング内を復帰ばねを介して摺動往復自在に嵌合
する摺動部材と、この摺動部材内に設けられかつねじ保
持テープをねじ保持間隔の一ピッチづつ送る機構とを有
するねじ打込装置において、前記ねじ保持テープ送り機
構は、ケーシングに設けた傾斜部と直線部からなるガイ
ドスロットと、一方の腕の端部にガイドスロットに嵌ま
っているピンを有しかつ摺動部材内に回動自在に枢着さ
れた両腕レバーとからなり、この両腕レバーの他方のア
ームの端部には、摺動部材を横切るねじ保持テープ案内
通路を案内されたねじ保持テープの一方の側縁の溝また
は孔に係合可能なつめ部材が枢着され、このつめ部材は
ばねにより常時ねじ保持テープに向かって付勢され、同
時に摺動部材内には、ねじ保持テープの反対側の側縁の
溝または孔に係合可能な別のつめ部材が枢着されかつば
ねにより常時ねじ保持テープに向かって付勢されている
ことを特徴とするねじ打込装置。
1. 向に引っ込めるためのつめ部材引き戻し用両腕レバーを
枢着したことを特徴とする請求項1のねじ打込装置。

案内部材が互いに係合したときにテープの溝に嵌入する
ようにねじ案内部材のねじ保持中心からテープ溝の一ピ
ッチの半分だけずれた位置にV字形突起を設けたことを
特徴とする請求項3のねじ打込装置。

連動両腕レバーを枢着し、このテープ連動両腕レバーの
他方の腕の端部は、一対のねじ案内部材が互いに係合し
たときにテープの孔に嵌入するようにねじ案内部材のね
じ保持中心からテープ孔の一ピッチの半分だけずれた位
置に存在することを特徴とする請求項3のねじ打込装
置。
