FIG. 3 is a cross section taken along the line AA in FIGS. 4 is 1
3 is a transverse cross section taken along the line BB of FIG. 2; 2, 3 and 4 are enlarged views of the one shown in FIG. 1 and 2
In FIGS. 3 and 4, 9 is a bullet, 2 in each figure is a fresh groove provided on the bullet 9, and 3 in each figure is a groove provided so as to go around the bullet 9 once. The upper end of the groove 2 is connected to the groove 3. 1 in each figure is a gas leakage prevention band provided outside the groove 3.

In each figure, 4 is a propellant charge, 5 is a detonator, 6 is a gas ejection hole generated by the explosive charge 4 exploding, 7 is a tail, and 8 in each figure is an explosive charge. When the mortar shell of the present invention falls from the mortar muzzle into the cavity with the tail of the shell down, the detonator hits the firing pin at the bottom of the cavity and ignites, causing the explosive charge 4 to explode. The explosive gas is ejected downward from the gas ejection hole 6 to advance the shell. On the other hand, the explosive gas ejected from the ejection hole 6 enters into the groove 2 shown in each figure as indicated by an arrow C in FIG. This gas rises and enters the groove 3 and presses the gas leakage prevention belt 1 outward to press it against the inner surface of the gun cavity. This prevents the explosive gas from leaking upward from the gap between the shell 9 and the inner surface of the gun cavity.

The winged mortar rounds as shown in Fig. 1 which are currently used in each country generally do not have 1 in each band of the figure for preventing the gas of explosive gas of the propellant charge.

At the time of firing, explosive gas leaks from the gap between the shell 9 and the inner surface of the gun cavity. Because of this, the initial velocity of the shots is not constant and there is a variation in the initial velocity. Since the present invention does not leak explosive gas, the initial velocity of the fired shell is constant for each shot and the hit rate is extremely good. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mortar shell with a very good hit rate because the shot shells of the fired shell do not spread. When hitting an enemy anti-tank rocket launcher with a mortar with a caliber of 70 mm to 80 mm, the hit rate of the conventional one is low and before I hit it, my location is known to the enemy and the enemy's attack You are shot by a gun and you are shot at yourself. Since the hit rate of the present invention is good, you can hit the enemy by hitting about 3 shots, so you can immediately move to your other place and you will not be attacked by the enemy. The band 1 in each figure is made of metal or other material.
