同一レベルとした。めっき液送出装置は回転式のメタル
ポンプを用いた。めっき液流量は通板中にスナウト浴面
を観察し、箱の上部開口部から亜鉛が静かに流出する程
度に調整した。板厚0.8mm、板幅1219mmの鋼
板を速度80m/minで通板した際の、めっき浴面状
態を観察したところ、めっき浴面スカム、スナウト内壁
から落ちてきたダスト等の異物は、箱の上部開口部から
流出するめっき浴により鋼板に付着することなく排除さ
れた。その際、めっきした鋼板表面には異物付着が殆ど
なく外観良好な製品を得ることができた。
