2. Description of the Related Art In order to beautify the surface of a cold-rolled steel plate, a galvanized steel plate, etc. and improve durability, it is known that various synthetic resin films are adhesively coated instead of coating with a paint. As a film for coating such a film-coated steel sheet, a film made of vinyl chloride resin (hereinafter referred to as P
VC film) is often used in terms of processability and physical properties.

In this case, usually, an adhesive for PVC film is applied to the steel plate surface and heat-treated at a high temperature of 200 to 230 ° C., and then the film is coated. Therefore, when the thickness of the PVC film is thin, the film is deformed due to the high temperature and the appearance is impaired. Therefore, it is desirable to perform the heat treatment temperature for bonding at a low temperature, but if the temperature is lower than the above temperature, the adhesive strength will be insufficient, and the peel strength between the steel plate and the film of the product, boiling water resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. will decrease. There was a problem.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies and found that before applying a film adhesive to a metal plate, the surface of the metal plate was By performing a pretreatment with a specific treatment liquid, even if a thin film is used at a low temperature of a metal plate surface temperature of about 130 to 170 ° C, the thin film is not deformed at all, the appearance is not impaired, and the peel strength, The present invention has been achieved by finding that a film-coated metal plate having excellent boiling water resistance and corrosion resistance can be obtained.
An object of the present invention is to provide a pretreatment liquid capable of obtaining an excellent film-coated metal plate by a simple treatment means at a low temperature.

The chromate-based rust preventive pigment is zinc chromate containing chromium oxide as a main component and other metal elements such as potassium, zinc, strontium, barium, and the like.
Refers to strontium chromate, barium potassium chromate, etc. These rust preventive pigments are contained in the range of 15 to 120 parts by weight, preferably 2 to 100 parts by weight of the main component.
It is added in the range of 0 to 100 parts by weight. If the amount of the rust preventive pigment added is less than 15 parts by weight, the corrosion resistance may deteriorate,
If the amount exceeds 0 part by weight, the peel strength will decrease, so it is important to set the above range.

When the above composition is used, it is dissolved in water and is usually adjusted to 0.
An aqueous solution of about 03% is applied, which is applied to the surface of the metal plate and dried to perform pretreatment. Usually, the treatment liquid is dried by 2 coating 2.0mg / m 2 ~100mg / m on the metal plate. The above range is preferred to obtain sufficient adhesive strength. Since the film thickness of the treatment liquid is thin, it can be dried at a low temperature of 50 to 80 ° C. in a short time. As a coating method,
Any known spraying method, dipping method, roll coating method, or the like may be used, but it is essential to apply it uniformly.

After drying the pretreatment liquid, a polyester or acrylic adhesive is applied. The heat treatment temperature after applying the adhesive may be a metal plate surface temperature of about 130 to 170 ° C., and even if a thin film is used, deformation of the film to be adhered hardly occurs.

[Examples 1 to 5] The rust preventive pigment (zinc chromate) shown in Table 1 was added to an aqueous polyacrylic acid solution (polyacrylic acid 1
1. A pretreatment liquid (concentration 0.03%) was prepared by adding 60 parts by weight of rust preventive pigment to 00 parts by weight), and the obtained pretreatment liquid was applied to one side of an electrogalvanized steel sheet by a Meyer bar coater. 5 mg / m 2 was applied and dried with hot air at 80 ° C. Then, after applying the polyester adhesive, the coated surface is dried and heated by an infrared heater heating furnace, and while maintaining the steel plate surface temperature at 150 ° C., immediately using a roll laminator, a PVC film (thickness 0.18 mm) Was coated with a linear pressure of 10 kg / cm and cooled to obtain a PVC-coated steel plate sample.
