Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a more effective anti-tracking device being employed at the point of an LP insulator. CONSTITUTION:The conductor metal, e.g. a metal band 3, fixed to the wire binding part of an LP insulator 1 is connected through a branch wire 4 using a wire connector 5, for example. Since same potential as the metal conductor is established on the side closer to the earth side than a wire 2, the leak current causing the tracking can be prevented from flowing on the coating of wire.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, overhead wires have come to use insulated wires having an insulating coating layer instead of conventional bare wires in order to prevent danger. However, if the surface of the organic insulating material used for the insulated wire is wet or contaminated, dielectric breakdown may occur. That is, when water or an electrolytic solution is present on the surface of such an insulator, a temperature rise due to a relatively large leakage current causes local irregularities in the surface resistance, and a discharge occurs there. Therefore, a part of the surface is dried and the material is partially carbonized or eroded by the heat of scintillation (local minute light emission discharge) generated at that time, which gradually progresses and eventually leads to dielectric breakdown. .
This is called "tracking" destruction.

Further, in the case of an insulated wire, if rainwater or the like enters from the insulation coating peeling portion such as a wire connecting portion or a retaining portion, stress corrosion cracking may occur, which may cause an abnormal disconnection of the wire conductor. Therefore, sufficient water-tightness is required for the wire connection of the insulated wire and the holding position. As a tracking prevention device described above, the present applicant has previously disclosed a solution thereof in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-127818 (referred to as prior invention). This is one in which a branch line is taken out from the vicinity of the support point of the insulation-coated main line, this branch line is connected to the main line clamp or main line side insulator fitting, and the main line and the main line clamp or main line side insulator fitting are electrically connected. .

Tracking can be prevented by stripping off the main wire coating at the LP insulator portion, but water enters from there and stress corrosion breaks. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for preventing tracking without peeling while keeping the watertightness of the main line.

[Means for Solving the Problems] By connecting a conductor fitting attached to an electric wire binding portion of an LP insulator to an electric wire through a branch line by using an electric wire connector or the like, the electric wire covering can be removed from the electric wire covering.
The conductor and the electric wire were set to the same potential on the side of the wire. Further, by attaching a conductor fitting to the electric wire of the electric wire binding portion of the LP insulator and connecting the conductor fitting with an electric wire connector or the like, the electric potential of the conductor fitting and the electric wire on the ground side of the electric wire coating is made equal. Further LP
The conductor fitting attached to the top of the insulator was provided with a cut-sle mechanism, and the cut-sulfer was made to bite into the conductor of the electric wire so that the electric conductor and the electric wire had the same potential on the ground side of the electric wire coating.

Embodiment 1 In FIG. 1, 1 is an LP insulator and 2 is an electric wire.
A metal band 3 is attached to the side groove of the LP insulator 1 as a conductor fitting as shown in FIG. Metal band 3
The terminal 6 is overhanging as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 7 is a tightening bolt, and 8 is a branch line connecting bolt. Metal band 3
1C has a concave cross section as shown in FIG. 1C and is formed so as to fit into the groove of the LP insulator 1. The electric wire 2 is bound and fixed in this recess by the bind wire 9 as shown in FIG. Alternatively, it is bound to the top groove as shown in FIG.

A branch line 4 has one end connected to an electric wire connector 5 attached to the electric wire 2 and the other end connected to a terminal 6 provided on the metal band 3. As the electric wire connector 5, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-31337 can be used. This electric wire connector 5 has a cut-through that breaks through the insulating coating and reaches the core wire of the coated electric wire, and is capable of obtaining electrical continuity, so that no post-treatment such as insulation / watertightening is required. If the electric wire connector 5 is used, there is no work such as peeling or compression, and the work is very easy. Alternatively, the insulation-coated electric wire may be peeled off, the branch wire may be connected by a C-type sleeve at this portion, and the insulation watertight treatment may be performed after the connection. By connecting the branch wire 4 between the electric wire connector 5 and the terminal 6 of the metal band 3, the metal of the charging portion side of the LP insulator 1 and the electric wire 2 can be made to have the same potential, and the leakage current flowing through the electric wire coating can be prevented. .

[Sixth Embodiment] A sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this embodiment, a metal fitting 15 fixed to the upper portion of the LP insulator 1 with a tightening band 16 is used. The metal fitting is composed of a lower body 15a having one end fixed to a tightening band 16, an upper body 15b hinged to the lower body 15a, and a tightening bolt 17 for tightening the lower part and the upper bodies 15a, 15b. And in the metal fitting 15, FIG.
A cut-through mechanism as shown in (d) is provided. For example, between the lower and upper bodies 15a and 15b, the blades 18a and 1
8b or a needle-like protrusion as shown in (b) and (c) of FIG. 6 (d), when it is tightened with a tightening bolt 17, it penetrates through the sheath of the covered electric wire 2 as shown in FIG. Thus, the metal fitting 15 and the core wire are electrically connected. Therefore, in this case, the branch line is not used.

[Effect] A conductor fitting is attached to the electric wire binding portion of the LP insulator, or a conductor fitting is attached to the electric wire of the electric wire binding portion of the LP insulator, and a branch line is connected between the metal band or the conductor fitting and the electric wire connecting portion attached to the electric wire. . Alternatively, a conductor metal fitting is attached to the electric wire binding portion of the LP insulator, a cut-through mechanism is provided in the metal fitting, and the cut-thru mechanism is set in the electric wire so that the metal of the charging portion of the LP insulator and the electric wire have the same potential. I decided to do it. With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the leakage current flowing on the surface of the insulation coating while maintaining the watertightness of the main line, and to prevent the insulation from being damaged.
