Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a jig for facilitating the insertion of a thinner linear material, e.g. a cord, hose or tube, into an elastic tube having a cut in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:The linear material insertion jig comprises a split linear material guide part 2 and an enlarging protrusion 3 wherein an extension part 4 is formed integrally at the split part and a grip part 5 is formed continuously to the end of each extension part 4. A pair of bodies 1a, 1b thus formed are crossed at the extension part 4 and coupled rotatably thereat by means of a pin 6. The grip part 5 is urged by a compression spring 7 in the departing direction, i.e., the direction for opening the guide part 2. When the jig is used, a predetermined linear material is set at the guide part 2 and then a worker grips the grip part 5 thus closing the guide part 2 and the enlarging protrusion 3. Under that state, the enlarging protrusion 3 is inserted into a predetermined tube having a cut and then it is moved.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the protector tube as described above, a closed crevice is always provided along the longitudinal direction, and a wire such as a cord is inserted from the crevice to the inside of the tube, whereby the inner wire is protected. It will be protected by a tube. As a jig for inserting a wire into such a tube, a jig having an actual opening of 2-133120 is known. The jig (cover tool) includes a cylindrical portion through which a wire is passed, a tube insertion protrusion that is formed by branching from the middle of the cylindrical portion, and a flange-shaped handle formed on the upper end of the cylindrical portion. The tube insertion protrusion and the cylindrical portion are formed in two, and can be opened and closed at the generatrix of the cylindrical portion. And
By holding the wire rod in the cylindrical part in the open state and then closing it, the wire rod is held so as not to come off from the cylindrical part,
Furthermore, while inserting the above-mentioned tube insertion protrusion into the tube, by grasping the handle formed at the upper end of the cylindrical portion with fingers and moving it, the tube insertion protrusion elastically spreads the rift and The wire rod in the cylinder is inserted.

A wire rod insertion jig provided by the present invention is inserted into an elastic tube having a crevice that is always closed along the longitudinal direction, and the crevice is pushed open to allow relative movement in the longitudinal direction. The wire rod is inserted into the tube by being moved, and is configured to include a wire rod guide portion, a spreading projection portion, a pair of extension portions, a spring member, and a pair of grip portions. It The wire rod guide portion has a two-part structure and can be opened and closed. A cylindrical space for passing the wire rod is formed in the closed state, and the wire rod can be taken in and out in the open state. The expanding projection is formed so as to project outward and at an acute angle from the wire rod guide, and is inserted into the tube to play a role of elastically expanding the crevice. The pair of extension portions integrally extend from the end portions of the respective divided portions of the wire rod guide portion having the two-divided structure and cross each other. The rotation fulcrum portion rotatably connects the pair of extension portions at their crossed portions. The spring member urges the wire rod guide portion in the opening / closing direction, and the pair of grip portions are continuously formed at the end portions of the pair of extension portions, respectively, against the urging force of the spring member by an operator. They can be grasped in the direction of approaching each other.

In the invention of claim 1, the wire rod guide portion is normally opened by the urging force of the spring member. After inserting a predetermined wire rod, such as a cord, hose, or tube, here, if the operator holds the pair of grips toward each other against the urging force of the spring member, the wire rod guides close and the tubular shape is obtained. The wire rod passes through the space. When the operator holds the grip and inserts the expansion projection into the tube and moves it relatively in the longitudinal direction, the tube crevice temporarily opens and the wire rod It will be inserted inside.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the grip portion is formed so as to be bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the extension portion, when the wire rod insertion jig is relatively moved along the longitudinal direction of the tube, the grip portion is grasped. Interference between the operator's hand holding the part and the tube can be avoided. In other words, when the operator pulls the expansion projection along the longitudinal direction of the tube,
Since the relief is provided so that the grip portion separates from the tube, the insertion work can be performed lightly without the operator's hand hitting the tube.

When such a wire rod insertion jig 1 is used, a predetermined wire rod, for example, a power cord or a hose or a hose or a wire is inserted in the wire rod guide portion 2 which is normally opened by the urging force of the compression coil spring 7. After accommodating tubes etc.,
As shown in FIG. 5, the operator holds the grip portion 5 on the compression coil spring 7
When the wire rod guide portion 2 and the expanding guide portion 3 are closed by squeezing against the urging force of the wire rod 3, the wire rod guide portion 2 and the expanding guide portion 3 are closed. In this state, it is used to insert a wire rod such as a power cord into a tube 10 for protecting the wire rod as shown in FIG. 7, for example. The tube 10 is made of an elastically deformable resin, and is formed by rolling strip-shaped materials so as to overlap each other, and elastic crevices 11 exist therein, and slits 12 are alternately formed to easily bend and deform. It was done.

1. By being inserted into an elastic tube having a crevice that is always closed along the longitudinal direction and being moved relatively in the longitudinal direction while pushing the crevice open.
A wire rod insertion jig for inserting a wire rod into the tube, which can be opened and closed by a two-part structure, and in the closed state, a cylindrical space for passing the wire rod is formed, and in the open state, the wire rod is inserted. An openable and retractable wire rod guide part, and an expansion projection that is formed so as to project outward and at an acute angle from the wire rod guide part and is inserted into the tube to elastically spread the crevice. Part, a pair of extension parts that extend integrally from the end part of each divided part of the wire rod guide part of the two-part structure and cross each other, and a rotation that rotatably connects the extension part with the crossed part. A fulcrum portion, a spring member that urges the wire rod guide portion in the opening direction, and a spring member that is continuously formed at each end portion of the pair of extension portions and that is approached by an operator against the urging force of the spring member. A pair of grips that can be gripped in the direction When, the wire insertion jig which is characterized in that it comprises a.
