回転軸に挿嵌し、前記水準出し治具の脚端を基準として
基盤の脚の高さを調整し、所定の位置及び高さに略水平
に設置した後、芯出し治具と水準出し治具を除去して、
基盤上に製管機を設置することを特徴とする製管機の据
付方法をその要旨とするものである。
