【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明に係るタイ
バーの締結装置は、複数本のタイバーに支持された可動
盤に、小径高速の型開閉シリンダと大径低速の型締めシ
リンダとを付設し、可動盤の通常の開閉移動は型開閉シ
リンダで行い、可動盤の型締め移動は、上記タイバーと
同数対の挟み部材をアクチュエータで動かしてそれらの
挟み部材で各タイバーを挟むことにより可動盤を型締め
シリンダに結合して型締めシリンダで行う射出成形機の
複合型締め装置において、互いに隣接する2本のタイバ
ーの一方のタイバーの内側の挟み部材と他方のタイバー
の外側の挟み部材、及び上記一方のタイバーの外側の挟
み部材と他方のタイバーの内側の挟み部材がそれぞれ連
結ロッドで互いに連結され、上記2本のタイバーの内側
の挟み部材の間、または外側の挟み部材の間にそれらの
挟み部材を並び方向に動かすアクチュエータが設けられ
た構成とされているので、締結シリンダや検出器等の設
備個数を従来の半分とし、それらの配管や配線を含めて
全体構造を大幅に簡単にすることができる。
