However, since the colored coating on the surface of the building material is mainly performed by a flow coater or the like, it is inevitable that it is a single color coating, and the surface can be changed only by the shadow due to the depth of the unevenness, and the pattern changes. There was a problem that it was difficult to get what was.

Further, there is a means of using transparent red iron oxide in a paint in order to give a high-grade feeling to the coating film, but it is limited to a solvent-based paint and cannot be used for an aqueous paint suitable for an inorganic building material.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to obtain an easy-to-implement makeup method for an inorganic building material that positively changes the light reflection in a concavo-convex pattern even if it is a single color coating, and thereby can display various patterns. It was done for the purpose.

That is, the makeup method of the inorganic building material of the present invention is, on the surface of the surface-colored inorganic building material surface with the uneven pattern, after applying the transparent particle adhering liquid only to the convex surface by the roll coater, it is transparent by the sprinkling device with the spreading amount variable. The powder or particles are sprinkled on the surface of the inorganic building material, and then the excess transparent powder or particles are removed by an air knife whose ejection pressure is variable, and then overcoating is performed.

According to the observation of the present inventors, when particles such as transparent red iron oxide are scattered in the coating film, even a single-colored coloring may give a considerably high-class feeling due to the difference in reflectance of the light. .

Therefore, transparent particles are attached only to the convex portions on the surface of the surface-colored inorganic building material with uneven pattern, and when the distribution amount is changed and transparent colored coating is applied to this, the surface pattern is changed due to the change in light reflectance due to the difference in the distribution amount. Complex changes appear.

Further, the distribution of the adhered particles is arbitrarily adjusted by a spraying device having a variable spraying amount and an ejection pressure of an air knife that blows off extra particles.

At this time, since the emulsion paint was not applied in the concave groove 1B, the particles in this portion were blown off first, and the adhered particles were also partly scattered in the portion where the emulsion paint 3 was applied according to the ejection pressure. (FIG. 1 (c)) Then, the flow coater 7 applied the top coat and transferred to the drying step.

As described above, the present invention changes the light reflectance of the surface of the plate material by changing the distribution ratio of the transparent particles, and it is possible to express a pattern with depth in cooperation with the shadow of the uneven pattern. When practicing the present invention, the conventional veneer layer sprinkling device can be used as it is, and thus various effects such as easy implementation can be obtained.
