る。そのために、絶縁カバーの中で環状コアががたつく
ことがあり、又絶縁カバーに巻線により歪を生ずること
があるという欠点があった。本発明は、コモンモードチ
ョークコイルに使用する環状コアを樹脂により一体に成
形した樹脂モールドを施した環状コアおよびその絶縁方
法を得るにある。

面は、小孔8の部分を除いて絶縁カバー7で密着して覆
われる。小孔8は、絶縁カバー7と一体的に成形されて
おり、内周部の中央仕切板9および上下面の仕切台10
に対応する箇所にある。チョークコイルの2個の巻線
(図示しない)は、絶縁カバー7の上から中央仕切板9
の両側の空間にそれぞれ通して巻き回され、図2に矢印
で示す外周面には巻き回されない。小孔8は巻線が存在
しない部分の中央部にあるので、環状コア3と巻線間の
絶縁距離を所定寸法以上に確保できる。小孔8のため
に、外周部の肉厚寸法を増す必要はなく、成形可能な最
小の肉厚ですませることが出来る。なお本実施例の環状
コアは、軟磁性フェライトコア、又は非晶質材からなる
巻磁芯からなる環状コアでもよい。
