2. Description of the Related Art Insoles of this type have been developed in great numbers. Most of them have a fine mesh shape, are slightly thick, have good air permeability, have high heat retention, and have a thick structure so that the arch portion corresponds to the space from the viewpoint of health.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, there are few shoes that are quite comfortable even if the ventilation is considerably increased inside the shoes, and there are many shoes whose boots are simply thickened. It did not produce good health results.

There is also a type in which the tip of the protrusion is applied to the arch of the body for the purpose of stimulating only, but it is not suitable for walking for a long time while wearing this.

Further, as a structure devised only from the point of view of breathability, it is also known that a thin box-shaped structure is provided with an air passage, but it is difficult to manufacture and the box-shaped structure is adopted. It will be thicker and you will have to choose shoes that are one size larger.

A thin substrate having a mesh shape of an appropriate size is formed from a synthetic resin that is hard and slightly flexible, and small convex portions are provided on the back surface of the substrate in a radial pattern from the center of the arch. It is not a curved surface corresponding to the curved surface of the arch, and a projection having a length corresponding to the curved surface is formed on the back side of the arch portion.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, it can be used in the same manner as the conventional insole, but the product of the present invention is not considered to have good flexibility as in the past. However, using a material that consciously adds something called hardness, the arch part corresponding to the arch of the foot is formed into a curved surface corresponding to the arch, which stimulates the arch of the foot and the degree of walking. It has the effect of releasing the internal air to the outside by repeating compression and expansion.Because the conventional products are flexible, even if the air permeability is good, the holes of the product are easily blocked by the pressure of the foot, and the air permeability is lost. However, since the product of the present invention is configured as described above, there is no fear of the above, and the mesh shape is larger than previously thought, or a small convex portion is provided on the back surface. Thank you It is possible to contain the layers to maximize warm, it is possible to cut off the cold air from the shoe sole,
Rather, it is an extremely effective product in terms of breathability and health.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A thin substrate 1 having a mesh shape of an appropriate size is formed of a synthetic resin that is hard and slightly flexible, and small convex portions 2 ... Are radially formed from the center of the arch 3 on the back surface of the substrate 1. In this case, it is preferable that the size of the mesh is such that the substrate 1 does not stick to the sole due to the pressure of the foot. Of course, it depends on the size of the convex portion 2 provided on the back surface of the substrate 1. The size of the convex portion 2 is preferably as small as possible. Further, the arch portion 3 is formed into a curved surface corresponding to the curved surface of the arch, and a projection 4 having a length corresponding to the curved surface is formed on the back surface side of the arch portion 3.

By constructing the hard and slightly flexible material as described above, the thin substrate 1 can be formed, and the space can be surely secured, and the air under the substrate 1 is removed by the pressure of the foot. Since it gathers in the foot part and can escape above this part, the air does not settle under the insole, the air is always flowing, the flowability is extremely high, and the arch part is also hard Since it is made of synthetic resin that is somewhat flexible, it gives proper stimulation.

[Effect of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above,
Although it can be used in the same way as a conventional insole, the product of the present invention does not think that it has only good flexibility as in the past, but rather a material that intentionally adds something called rigidity. Although it is used and stimulates the arch of the foot, and the conventional product is flexible, even if it has good breathability, there is a fear that the hole will be blocked by the pressure of the foot and the breathability will be lost, but the product of the present invention is hard. Therefore, there is no fear as described above, and the air layer can be contained to the maximum extent because it has a mesh shape that is unprecedented and has a small convex portion on its back surface. Therefore, it is warm and can block the cold air from the sole, and is rather a highly effective product in terms of breathability and health. Furthermore,
It is difficult to use shoes that fit your feet with conventional insoles,
Although it fits on the foot only when a slightly larger shoe is used, the product of the present invention does not have the above-mentioned concerns and can be used for a shoe that fits the foot from the beginning because it is thin.
