Conventionally, shoe insoles have been proposed that have been devised in a variety of ways to avoid such discomfort, and relatively effective shoe insoles include, for example, multilayer insoles made of fabric (or leather) and foam. An insole has been proposed, which is made of a foam body, has grooves communicating with each other recessed in the surface of the foam body, and has ventilation holes vertically penetrating the multilayer body at appropriate locations.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention However, such shoe insoles require consideration of the effect of the sole of the wearer's foot on the insole, the distribution of sweat glands, the material of the material that makes up the insole, etc. Even if there are grooves in the surface of the insole that contact the sole of the foot, or ventilation holes that penetrate vertically in appropriate places, it is difficult to perform strenuous exercise for a long time. When a large amount of hot air and moisture fills inside the shoe over time, the grooves and ventilation holes that have been proposed in the past cannot sufficiently discharge the hot air and moisture to eliminate stuffiness. The reality is that it is impossible to reduce the discomfort felt by the wearer due to contact with the soles of the feet.

This invention takes into account the effect of the sole of the wearer's foot on the insole, the distribution of sweat glands, the material of the material that makes up the insole, etc., and makes it difficult for the groove edge to come into contact with the sole of the foot during wear.
To provide a shoe insole that does not fill the inside of the shoe with heat and moisture and therefore does not cause stuffiness even when performing strenuous exercise for a long time.

(d) Means for solving the problems In order to achieve the above object, the shoe insole of the present invention is made of a laminate 4 of a nonwoven fabric 1, an open cell material 2, and a fabric 3, as shown in the drawing. On the upper surface 5 of the laminate 4, there are areas 6 between the big toe and the second toe of the sole when the foot is placed, 7 between the toe and the ball part, and the area between the inner ball part and the outer ball part. The space 8, the upper peripheral edge 9 of the inner altar, and the branch parts 11, 11 extending from the middle of the upper peripheral edge 9 to the lower peripheral edge 10 of the inner altar, respectively, communicate with each other. Groove 1
2 is recessed.

(E) Actions and Effects In this invention, first, when the wearer's foot is on the insole, the convex part of the sole, that is, the toe part, the inner ball part, the outer ball part, and the outer foot. and the heel, respectively, are brought into contact with the insole surface, while simultaneously contacting the recesses of the sole, that is, between the big toe and the second toe 6, between the toe and the ball 7, and the inner ball and outer ball. The space between the parts 8 and the inner foot are made to avoid contact with the insole surface as much as possible. This is based on the basic technical idea that the sole of the wearer's foot acts on the insole. The idea was to provide space over as wide a range as possible, and grooves were recessed in areas where the insole and the sole of the foot did not come into contact, making the space even wider.

Sweating on the soles of the feet is most common in the crotch of the toes, especially between the big toe and the second toe, but as mentioned above, there is also a groove between the big toe and the second toe. Heat and moisture generated by sweat can also be more efficiently discharged between the insole and the sole of the foot. In addition, in order to smoothly discharge hot air and moisture caused by sweat generated in other parts including the area between the thumb and second finger, the inner foot is inserted from the middle of the upper periphery 9 of the inner foot. Grooves 12 are also provided in the branch portions 11, 11 toward the lower peripheral edge 10.
, which allows hot air and moisture between the insole and the sole of the foot to be expelled even more quickly. It is preferable that the shoe into which the insole of the present invention is inserted is provided with an appropriate number of ventilation holes in the footwear near the lower peripheral edge 10 of the inner foot.

As mentioned above, the insole of the present invention does not have grooves in the areas where the convex part of the sole makes contact, so it is designed to prevent the foot from touching. Depending on the condition during wear, the convex part of the sole of the foot may touch the edge 13 of the groove 12, and the foot may feel a sensation, but this is alleviated by the foam 2 constituting the laminate 4. .

Moreover, since this foam 2 has breathability,
Every time the foot is stepped on and pressed, the air contained therein is pushed out into the groove 12, and the pushed out air discharges the hot air and moisture in the groove 12 to the outside, thereby further reducing stuffiness. Moreover, since all the materials constituting the laminate 4 have breathability, hot air, moisture, etc. can be discharged from the entire shoe insole. Note that the bottom layer nonwoven fabric 1 is usually
Polyester and nylon materials are used,
After press molding or the like to form a desired insole shape, it can also serve to maintain that shape.
