Fixed to the base, cover the batten with a base drainer, fix the starting material on the batten or on the vertical furring above the batten, and attach the first new outer wall material to the starting material. By constructing the new outer wall by sequentially constructing the new outer wall material to the eaves, it is beautiful at low cost in a short period of time, and in addition, corrosion resistance, air cycle function, humidity control, insect repellent, position guide can be performed, and , It proposes an outer wall renovation wall construction method that can renovate outer walls and can be constructed without requiring skill.

FIG. 1 shows an example in which the above invention is applied to a mortar wall. In FIG. 1 , reference numeral 1 is an existing outer wall composed of a main pillar 2, a stud 3, a lapping plate 4, a lath material 5, and a mortar wall 6. It is a thing. The structure of the existing outer wall 1 is a large wall, a true wall, a base mortar wall as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-8129, a concrete wall not shown, or glass wool, cellulose fiber between the interior material and the exterior wall material. It also includes existing walls filled with rock wool or plastic foam (for example, a mortar wall on a base plate with a plywood subbed instead of lath). 7 is the base, 8 is an anchor,
Reference numeral 9 is a cloth foundation, 10 is a vertical furring strip, which extends substantially vertically from the base to the eaves, in correspondence with the main columns of the existing outer wall 1 , the studs 2, 3, or as shown in FIG. After doing vertical furring 10
And is mainly used as a mounting member for a new outer wall material 14 and a material for forming an air cycle void, which will be described later. In particular, the mounting at the base portion is such that the lower end of the existing outer wall 1 as shown in FIGS. A batten 11 is horizontally fixed to the lower end of the vertical furring strip 10, and functions as a guide or a mounting member for the drainer 12. The drainer 12 is fixed as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) to protect the base 7, the lower end of the vertical furring strip 10 and the batten 11, and also functions as a decorative material. 13 is the starting material
It is fixed horizontally as shown in FIGS. The starting material 13 differs depending on the shape of the new outer wall material 14, particularly the shape of the connecting portion, and the starting material 13 corresponding to each new outer wall material 14, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to (c). It is made of one kind of long material and short material. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (l), the new outer wall material 14 is made of one type of heat insulating metal siding material and ceramic siding material. Reference numeral 15 is a new outer wall, and 16 is an air cycle path, which is a space defined by the vertical furring strip 10 between the existing outer wall 1 and the new outer wall 15 , and has an opening 17 formed on the base 7 side. Reference numeral 18 denotes an insect repellent and protective net which prevents insects and mice from entering through the opening 17 and damaging the house and the air cycle path 16. Further, 19 is a nail or the like for attaching each component.

ものである。First, in order to form the outer wall repair wall as shown in Fig. 1,
Confirm the positions of the main pillars 2 and the studs 3 on the surface of the mortar wall 6 of the existing outer wall 1 or use position display means such as guidelines (not shown). Next, the vertical furring strip 10 is fixed vertically on the existing outer wall 1 and at positions corresponding to the main columns 2 and the studs 3 with nails 19 or the like. The base part is shown in Fig. 3 (a). Next, a batten 11 is horizontally fixed to the lower end of the vertical furring strip 10, and insect repellents as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), for example,
Secure the protective net 18 with a nail or stapler. Next, drain 12
Is fixed to the vertical furring strip 10 via nails 19 as shown in FIG. 3 (a). After that, the start material 13 is horizontally fixed as shown in Fig. 3 (a), and then the new outer wall material 14 is sequentially constructed from the base side toward the eaves to form the new outer wall 15. is there.

It can be constructed in a short time without requiring skill and without interruption of living. Since the air cycle path is surely formed on the existing outer wall and the new outer wall, it is cool by the rising air current in the summer, and the air stays warm in the winter, which is excellent in energy saving and habitability. Since the batten is arranged at the lower end of the vertical furring strip, the batten functions as a draining attachment guide or attachment member, which ensures reliable construction and makes the base part fit beautifully. Insects and nets are installed at the lower end of the vertical furring, so insects and mice will not invade and damage houses and air cycle roads. There are features such as.
