で、弾性部材端部とワッシャ片部との間に介在され、か
つ外周スリーブ端部に当接する弾性片部とからなる構成
であるので、モータ回転軸からの磁気振動を減衰するの
に効果のある弾性部材を使用することを前提として、種
々の悪条件にも係わらず、モータ回転軸に対して、高い
信頼性および安全性を保持した取付け固定をなす効果を
