Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration of a product accuracy caused by a malfunction of a non-contact sensor and an occurrence of a loss time caused by a failure in detection. CONSTITUTION:A tire molding material 1 is fed to an aligning device 9 to be aligned. The width of the tire molding material 1 is detected by a detector. A detection signal obtained at this time is transmitted to a controller and stored therein. The tire molding material 1 is fed to a belt conveyor 3 through a material cutter 7. When the belt conveyor 3 is brought to a stop, a control signal corresponding to the stored detection value is transmitted from the controller to a guide plate. The guide plate is moved forward to correct the deformation of the tire molding material 1 outward of the sharp edge. On the other hand, a guide member is advanced toward the guide plate to press the sharp edge part of the tire molding material 1 against the guide plate to correct the deformation of the molding material 1 inward of the sharp edge.

At this time, the roller scale 9-9a fixed to the pedestal 9-1 and the linear scale detector 9-9b fixed to the roller pedestal 9-3 allow the roller pedestal 9 to be detected.
A movement amount of -3 is detected, and the detection signal obtained at that time is sent to a computer or the like and stored. (3) Next, the operation of the material end deformed portion correcting device 4 will be described. The tire molding material 1 supplied to the belt conveyor 3 is conveyed to the material end deformation portion correction device 4 part, and the sharp edge of the tip thereof contacts the material confirmation sensor 4-19,
When the material confirmation sensor 4-19 is turned on, the belt conveyor 3 is stopped (see FIG. 4).

When the belt conveyor 3 is stopped, the guide plate 4-4 moves to the tip of the tire molding material 1 by the driving device 4-1 such as a motor (see FIG. 5). As the movement amount at this time, a numerical value stored in the computer or the like is used. The guide plate 4-4 is supported by the two guide members 4-2 and 4-3, and an accurate parallel movement is performed. At the stage where the guide plate 4-4 is set, the outwardly deformed portion of the shearing edge of the tire molding material 1 is corrected.

At this time, the guide members 4-7 and 4-10 attached to the tip of the rod apply the tire molding material 1 to the guide plate 4.
-4, the inwardly deformed portion of the shearing edge of the tire molding material 1 is corrected. In this case, if the pulling force is too strong, the tire molding material 1 is deformed, so pressure reducing valves 4-15 and 4-18 are provided in the piping line to drive the driving air pressure of the guide member forward / backward moving cylinders 4-5 and 4-8. Are in control.

The correction time is arbitrarily set by a timer (not shown) mounted in the control panel, and after the correction is set, the original state is restored by the reverse operation. In this embodiment, the command signal of the solenoid valve is output from the sensor, but it may be output from the timer. The tire molding material 1 in which the shear edges have been corrected is held by the magnetic force of the magnets 4-12 mounted under the conveyor belt and does not re-deform.

As described above, the automatic feeder of the tire molding material of the present invention sends the tire molding material to the centering device,
While performing centering, the width of the tire molding material is detected by the detector, the detection signal obtained at that time is sent to the control device and stored, and the tire molding material is sent to the belt conveyor via the material cutting device, When the belt conveyor is stopped, the control device sends a control signal corresponding to the stored detection value to the guide plate to advance the guide plate and correct the deformation of the tire molding material to the outside of the shear pledget. On the other hand, the guide member is advanced in the direction of the guide plate, and the sharp edge portion of the tire molding material is pressed against the guide plate to correct the deformation to the inside of the sharp edge, thus reducing the product accuracy due to the malfunction of the non-contact sensor. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of loss time due to poor detection.
