トし、ここで芯板を成形することも行われているが、製
造工程が複雑なうえに位置決め制度が要求されるなど生
産性も悪く、さらに、端末での樹脂の滲みだしなどの不
具合が生ずるなどの問題点が残されている。2. させて表皮材を雌型に形成された略芯材厚相当の型凹部
に密着させ、次いで、雌型を前進させてカッタによる表
皮材端部のトリミングを行うとともに前記スライド型を
前進させて表皮材端部を内向きに屈曲し、次いで、雄型
をその型面が前記スライド型の表皮材支持面と略同一面
となるまで前進させて該雄型と雌型との間に形成される
キャビティ部に溶融合成樹脂材料を注入して芯板の成形
と同時に表皮材を芯板の表面から裏面周縁にわたり接着

とともに、クランプが解かれた状態となる第3工程が終

端部の折り返し部などの破れや皺或いは芯板となる溶融
合成樹脂材料の滲みだしも全くなくなるので、品質が向
上し商品価値が高められるとともに、歩留りも向上する
ことができる。さらに、一連の工程を連続的に行えるの
で複雑な手作業がなくなり生産性を著しく向上すること
ができる等の優れた効果が得られる。従って、本発明は
従来の表皮一体樹脂成形による自動車内装材の製造方法
の問題点を解決したものとして業界の発展に寄与すると

トしたうえ吸引圧を作用させて表皮材を雌型に形成され
た略芯材厚相当の型凹部に密着させ、次いで、雌型を前
進させてカッタによる表皮材端部のトリミングを行うと
ともに前記スライド型を前進させて表皮材端部を内向き
に屈曲し、次いで、雄型をその型面が前記スライド型の
表皮材支持面と略同一面となるまで前進させて該雄型と
雌型との間に形成されるキャビティ部に溶融合成樹脂材
料を注入して芯板の成形と同時に表皮材を芯板の表面か
ら裏面周縁にわたり接着一体化することを特徴とする自
動車内装材の製造方法。1.
