A method of non-slip processing of artificial stone material that looks like a stone material that has been cut and removed by processing, and a non-slip process in which the resin portion of the surface portion obtained by the non-slip processing method is a concave portion relative to the stone portion Regarding artificial stone materials. The non-slip artificial stone material of the present invention is
For example, it can be manufactured by injecting a liquid resin material for casting into a mold in which granular crushed stones or inorganic particles are spread and curing. In addition, the artificial stone material is subjected to polishing and finishing treatment, if necessary, before being subjected to water jet processing. Artificial stone material, like normal burner processing, by water jet processing before polishing,
Non-slip processing is possible. Further, according to the present invention, by applying a water jet after polishing, an effect of non-slip can be obtained, which looks like polishing finish. Examples of the stone portion of the non-slip artificial stone material of the present invention include crushed stones of natural stones such as mikage stone and marble, but when performing water jet processing on the mirror-polished surface, only the stone surface has a mirror surface (gloss). Since it requires sufficient hardness to maintain, etc., mikage stone is preferable. However, the granular stone component used in the present invention is not limited to the crushed stone of the natural stone as described above, for example, a crushed substance such as slag, or an inorganic material such as ceramics or glass. It may be a granule. Further, the size of the granular stone material portion is preferably about 2 to 10 m / m,
More preferably, it has a size of about 3 to 5 m / m. Further, the surface appearance rate of these stone parts is preferably 8
It is 0% or more, more preferably 90 to 95%.

Methyl acid or low degree of polymerization, low degree of condensation phenol resin, epoxy resin, methacrylic resin,
Or its low polymerization / low condensation degree phenolic resin, epoxy resin, methacrylic resin, or unsaturated polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin, methacrylic resin in which such low polymerization / low condensation resin is dissolved in its monomer, respectively, It is prepared by stirring with an appropriate curing agent and further adding a colorant, a filler and the like as required. In this case, it is preferable that the compounding material is prepared so as to prevent bubbles from being mixed therein. As the colorant, an appropriate color can be selected in consideration of the color tone of the stone portion to be used, and thus various patterns or color tones can be imparted to the obtained artificial stone material. Examples of the filler include calcium carbonate, calcium silicate and the like powdered particles, inorganic fibers such as glass fiber and asbestos, and fibrous solid reinforcing material such as carbon fiber, and the fibrous reinforcing agent, Long fibers or short fibers may be used, but it is generally preferable to use cut pieces having a size of 3 to 10 m / m.

Alternatively, it can also be produced by a method in which a granular crushed stone or an inorganic granule having the surface coated with the resin is pressed and hardened and then cured. The compounding ratio of the above materials is preferably such that the weight ratio of the resin is 7 to 20%, the crushed stone is 45 to 60%, and the filler is 10 to 30%. It is preferable that silicone is baked on the inner surface of the mold, or a release film is formed with silicone grease, PVA, wax, fluororesin or the like. After curing the resin material, the artificial stone material is released from the mold, and after surface polishing, the resin portion is removed from the surface layer of the cured product by water jet processing to produce the non-slip artificial stone material of the present invention. To be done. Incidentally, the non-slip artificial stone material of the present invention,
As described above, it is preferable to manufacture by the casting method,
A resin material forming the resin portion and a stone component may be mixed and molded into an artificial stone material having a desired shape, and if necessary, the stone material may be manufactured by water jet processing after surface polishing. .

However, the present invention is not limited to the examples described below. Example 1 An unsaturated alkyd obtained by the reaction of maleic anhydride and glycol was dissolved in styrene to prepare a resin solution, and a glass fiber having a length of 3 mm and a particle size of about 0.05 m / m was prepared in the resin solution. Silica powder and optionally a colorant were blended. The above compound and crushed stones of mikage stone were mixed, and the mixture was put into a mold and pressed and hardened by a press to be hardened. After the curing, the mold was removed, and a cured product having a thickness of 5 to 7 mm was obtained in which the crushed stones of the above-mentioned mikage stone were arranged on the surface portion on one side as shown in FIG. The cured product was polished by a means of polishing with a grindstone.

The resin portion was removed at a depth of about the same. The water pressure used by water jet processing is 1200 kg to 15
A material of about 00 kg / cm 2 is adopted. Further, a plurality of nozzles were used instead of a single nozzle in order to prevent uneven processing. The nozzle of the tester used in this example was used by rotating 0.12φ × 12 with air. The distance between the nozzle and the hardened material after the polishing was 15 m / m.

It has the appearance of a shaving plate, but in reality it is in a non-slip state, and Although non-slip processing such as ordinary burner finishing does not give a good color tone, it has the advantage of retaining the original color and luster of stone. Therefore, the artificial stone material of the present invention can be used for the construction of the first floor of a building, particularly a location such as a front door.
