向計、圧力計、或いは流量計等を用いる。なお、清浄室
の開口部が複数ある場合は、必要に応じ、それぞれの開
口部について空気流入・流出センサーを設ける。本発明
は工場建家内での清浄度をクラス10万程度に維持する
