The movement of the subject from the stretcher to the diagnostic device or the treatment device can be performed by the subject himself when the subject is slightly injured or when the subject is merely an examination. However, if the subject is seriously injured or is a subject just after surgery, the assistance of several people such as doctors and nurses is required, which is very cumbersome and requires a large amount of the subject. It was a burden and pain.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a stretcher according to an embodiment of the present invention. The difference from FIG. 5 is that the top plate 3 is supported by rails as in FIG. The rail 35 provided on the top plate 3 is supported by rollers 36 provided on the frame 33 so that the rail 35 can move in the lateral direction of the subject. Reference numeral 31 is a stopper, which prevents the top plate from falling off during movement from the hospital room to the examination room.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view for explaining a usage mode of an embodiment of the present invention. The stretcher 38 with the subject lying down is moved to the side of the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging table 8 and the stoppers 23 and 31 are removed. As a result, the subject is moved to the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging stand 8 together with the top plate 3 and makes a diagnosis. With this configuration, the subject 2 is not particularly burdened, and the care assistance accompanying it can be facilitated.

In the above description, the rails are provided on the top plate and the rollers are provided on the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging table, but they may be reversed, or rails may be used without using rollers, and means for linear guide may be provided. If so, there is no limitation. Although not particularly described, positioning can be facilitated by adding positioning means such as providing a projection on one side for positioning the stretcher and the rails of the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging stand. Further, the lateral direction of the subject has been described, but the invention can be performed in the longitudinal direction. Further, when considering the top plate from the diagnostic device side, it is natural that the top plate is made of a material having a small X-ray absorption coefficient, and thus a carbon fiber or wooden top plate is preferable.
Further, although the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging table is taken as an example of the diagnostic apparatus, the present invention can be applied to all apparatuses such as an X-ray CT apparatus and a radiotherapy apparatus as long as the apparatus has a bed. Further, although the top plate 3 has been described as being manually moved in the present embodiment, it may be moved electrically. The significance of the present invention lies in the fact that the unconventional idea that both the top plate of the stretcher and the top plate of the diagnostic device or the treatment device can be used as the top plate can be moved.
