り、また、底材を加熱し、真空により成型するため底材
の隅部が薄くなり易く、材質としても成型適性を求めら
れるので、包材コストとしても高くなりがちである。さ
らに、印刷適性も悪く、バリアー性についてもアルミ箔
程度のバリアー性を求めることは困難であった。

有するシートを貼着してなる蓋体を前記非成形部におい
て熱接着することにより該蓋体の該スリット部を収縮開
口させ、且つ開放している前記容器本体の前後両端部を
ガセット折りし、対接する前記容器本体面と前記蓋体面
間、及びひだ状に折り合わせられた前記容器本体面間が
接着されてなる滅菌包装体。』を要旨とするものであ
る。

の前後両端部はガセット折りされ、対接する容器本体成
形部面と蓋体面間、及びひだ状に折り合わせられた容器
本体の成形部面間が接着されている。

で、従来のピロー包装や深絞り包装と比較して、滅菌す
べき内容物の固定が可能となり、その運搬時や滅菌時等
において、内容物の破損や包装体自体の破袋を防止でき
るようになるものである。また、容器本体の材料として
一般のラミネート材を用いることができるので、容器本
体に印刷を施すことが容易にできる。さらに7〜9μ程
度のアルミ箔をバリア層材として使用することによりハ
イバリアー性の滅菌包装体とすることも可能なものであ
る。
