That is, in the rainwater storage system device of the present invention, the large-capacity first water storage tank that is full of the initial precipitation out of the precipitation in a predetermined time in a vast area, and the first water storage tank is full. And a second large-capacity second water storage tank for storing subsequent precipitation, and a drain pipe is connected to the first first water storage tank,
The second water storage tank is provided with a pump device for use of water storage, and is characterized in that the direct flow rate of rainwater is mitigated when there is intensive rainfall.

The rainwater storage system device of the present invention is a large area, for example, a large factory, or the initial precipitation amount among the precipitation amount for the entire area having a certain spread or more such as municipalities,
For example, a large-capacity first water tank 1 that fills up with a rainfall of 1 cm or the like, and a large-capacity second water tank 2 that stores precipitation after the water tank 1 is full. The drainage pipe 3 is connected to the first water storage tank 1 via a pump P, and the second water storage tank 2 is provided with a pump device 4 for water storage.

In addition, reference numeral 5 in the drawing denotes a water collecting hole that opens to the ground surface G, and an inflow pipe 6 is communicated from the water collecting hole 5 to the first water storage tank 1 and a branch pipe is formed from a middle portion of the inflow pipe 6. 7 communicates with the second water tank 2. Moreover, 8 shows an air vent.

In the present invention, when there is precipitation in the target area, all of these flow into the first and second water storage tanks 1 and 2 through the water collection hole 5, but at this time they are deposited on the ground surface. The polluted sewage containing dusts exclusively flows into the first water storage tank 1.

As described above, the present invention is a system in which, when there is rainfall, it is first stored in a large-capacity water storage tank and then drained. The rapid increase in the amount of sewage to water etc. has been mitigated, a good water quality environment has been maintained, and some of the stored water can be reused. It has various effects such as alternative use of resources.
