ールが設けられている。治具定盤17上のスライドベース
12には、カセット30を該スライドベース12の長手方向に
移動,位置決めするためのセッティングメジャー19及
び、拘束具20が組み込まれたものである。図3は、図1
及び図2で示した組立て治具内へ入口柱8,側柱9,横
骨10,ガセットプレート11,21,22と長土台23を各種カ
セット30を使って位置決めし、組合せた状態である。以
下、このような要領で各部に適応するカセット30の選
択,移動,組替え、スライドベース12の移動,位置決め
拘束を行い、骨組ブロックの組合せを行う。次に図4に
示すNCインダイレクトスポット溶接装置により、図3
のように組合せられた骨組ブロックにインダイレクトス
ポット溶接を施して組立てを完了する。図4に示された
溶接装置は門型走行体50上に治具幅方向や上下方向に移
動可能なスライド51,52及び治具幅方向上のコンタに対
応が可能なヘッド53が設けられ、制御器55からの指令に
よって移動させながら、治具定盤17上にスライドベース
12,カセット30を介して位置決めセットされた各種骨組
部材を電極54でインダイレクトスポット溶接する自動溶
接装置である。本実施例によれば次に示すような利点が
ある。 (1)従来の組立て方法で必要であった骨組ブロック組
立用の専用治具が不要である。 (2)車種変更に対して柔軟性を有する組立て治具とN
Cインダイレクトスポット方式の組合せで高精度組立て
が可能となり、安定した品質を得ると共に溶接の自動化
が図られる。従って、本発明によれば組立て工数が少く
製作性に優れ、製作価格を安価に抑えることができると
共に、スポット溶接時のハンドリング技術を要さなくて
済むため斜め打ち等による歪が抑制され、次工程での外
板張り時に外板との密着不良等が殆ど生じないという効

え,追加により多車種に対応できるため、治具製作費,
保管場所を節減できて管理を容易にする効果もある。
