磁気ヘッドからの超微弱な信号を伝える導線が長くな
り、外部誘導ノイズで受けやすい。(2)結線の為の半
田付数が多く作業性が悪い。(磁気ヘッドが摩耗した場
合、回転シリンダ毎に交換しなければならないが、交換
時に数多くの半田付部を外さなければならない。)等の
問題があった。

線長を短くし、外部誘導ノイズを受けにくくするととも
に、組立作業性を改善するものである。特に、オス形接
触子の長さを変えることにより、挿入力の分散し、多チ
ャンネルで、接触子が多数化しても、挿入力が余り増加
しないようにしたものである。

オス形接触子の長さが異なる為、力を分散させることが
出来るので、最大挿入力の低減となり、組立作業の改善
が著しく図れる。

高分子部材と一体成形した該オス形接触子を回転トラン
スコアに装着したことを特徴とする回転磁気ヘッド装
