This cross girder is installed in the main girder at right angles to it when the diagonal member arrangement is so-called single-sided suspension, and in the case of double-sided suspension, it is installed inside and outside the main girder at right angles to it. The diagonal member is fixed to this cross beam.

When a bridge girder with a box girder cross section of this kind uses an inner formwork installed inside the bridge girder and an outer formwork installed outside, as a formwork, and is constructed by cast-in-place concrete by the so-called overhanging method. There are many.

However, according to this overhanging method, it is relatively easy to construct the middle part between the cross beams (hereinafter referred to as "standard block B"), but the part where the cross beams are provided (hereinafter " The construction of the diagonal member placement block C ") requires that the concrete of the main girder and the transverse girder be integrally placed in the structure, so the inner and outer molds of the standard block B are temporarily removed,
It was necessary to separately prepare the formwork of the diagonal block placement block C and replace it with the formwork of the standard block.

For this reason, not only smooth construction cannot be expected, but also the process of overhanging construction is greatly affected, and there is a difference of 3 days or more between the process of standard block B and diagonal block placement block C, and the construction period cannot be extended. there were.

Further, since the inner mold and the outer mold are installed in a substantially fixed type with respect to the main body of the erection work vehicle (space truss) and have a structure that is almost immovable, there is no freedom of the mold.

This invention is a PC used for overhanging the main girder of a PC cable-stayed bridge.
Concerning erection work vehicles for cable-stayed bridges, multiple trolley rails are installed on the main body of the erection work vehicle used for the PC cable-stayed bridge extension method in a direction substantially parallel to or perpendicular to the span direction of the main girder. A structure in which an inner form or an outer form for constructing a standard block of a main girder is suspended by using a trolley on a rail, and the inner form or the outer form can be freely moved with respect to the erection work vehicle body. By doing so, the above object is achieved.
