ータ装置9を設けている。また機械室3には蒸発器4と
共に冷凍回路を形成する電動圧縮機10及び凝縮器11を配
置している。12は凝縮器11の空冷用ファン及びそのモー
タである。また13は前記貯氷室8内の所定氷量を検出す
る感温部をもった貯氷検出装置で、氷塊の接触温度を感
知して貯氷を検出する様設定されている。14は水源に接
続された給水管路15を電気的に開閉し貯水タンク6内に
製氷水を導入する給水装置としての給水弁である。貯水
タンク6内には、所定水位を維持する排水パイプ16と、
上位レベル水位17を検出する上位水位検出装置18と、下
位レベル水位19を検出する下位水位検出装置20が配設さ
れている。

氷部材5の下部に設けられた板氷切断用ヒータ装置9に
より切断され貯氷室8に貯えられる。貯氷室8に所定量
の氷塊が貯えられると貯氷検出装置13により検出され、

製氷→離氷の動作)が記憶されるとともに電源投入後、
製氷サイクルにはいるまでの間に上位水位検出装置18に
て上位水位17が検出されてから動作する第1タイマー26
と前記第1タイマ26が終了してから動作する第2タイマ
ー27が具備されている。次にその動作を説明する。運転
スイッチ22により電源を投入後、まず給水弁14と循環ポ
ンプ7を運転させ、上位水位検出装置18にて上位水位17
が検出された後、第1タイマー26がカウントアップする
までのある一定時間給水弁14及び、循環ポンプ7を運転
継続させ、第1タイマー26がカウントアップ後、給水弁
15及び循環ポンプ7を第2タイマー設定時間だけ停止さ
せる。この停止により循環水は貯水タンク6にもどり排
水パイプ16よりオーバーフーフローされ製氷水は所定量
となる。その後に製氷サイクルに移す。従って製氷サイ
クル時には製氷部材4表面は水なじみが良くなり不均一
な水の流れと水洩れる発生が防がれ、一定な氷厚の氷塊
が得られることとなる。

の動作後、製氷サイクルへ移ることを特徴とした製氷機
の制御装置。
