ナヘッド1に密接して装着されていることや、バーナヘ
ッド1にサンドブラスト4をしているため、バーナヘッ
ド1と金網3の密着性が向上し、金網3表面の熱をバー
ナヘッド1に伝導し易くなり、金網3の温度が極度に上
昇することがなくなる。これはバーナヘッド1の外周面
に金網3は巻きつけられているため、バーナヘッド1は
火炎A面より内側で予混合ガスの通路側に面し冷却側に
位置し、金網3の冷却効果が十分に得られるからであ
る。またサンドブラスト4をすることによりバーナヘッ

4による表面の凹凸は、平均粗さ2〜3μにすることが
