CONSTITUTION:A terminal block A is composed of a conductive bar 2, an insulation body 3, a nut 4 provided at each insulation body 3, a terminal screw 5 threaded with the nut 4, and an installation material 7 for installing the conductive bar 2 on an installation plate 6 to float it. The terminal block is also composed of a base plate part 8 to having the insulation body 3 in parallel on an underside surface of the conductive bar 2, and a side wall 10 having a conductive bar insertion hole 9 provided on the side of the base plate part 8. The nut 4 is engaged in a recessed place 11 formed at an upper surface part of the base plate part 8. The nut 4 and a throughhole 1 in the conductive bar 2 are set to communicate with each other, and a terminal screw 5 inserted through the throughhole 1 is threaded in a screw hole 12 of the nut 4 to install each insulation body 3 on the conductive bar 2. Its length is set so that a lower end of the insulation body 3 is abutting on the installation plate 6.

However, in the case of equipping a single base plate with a single terminal plate having a plurality of terminal screws as in the former conventional example described above, the number of connecting portions is determined. Therefore, if you want more connections than this, there is a shortage of connections, and conversely, if you want a smaller number of connections, there are extra connections and the space occupied by the terminal block is small. There was a problem that it increased unnecessarily.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, however, a desired number of insulators 3 are inserted into the conductive bar 2 through the conductive bar insertion hole 9 and are arranged in parallel, so that the desired number can be easily achieved. The terminal block can have a connecting portion of In this case, the insulator 3 is composed of the substrate portion 8 arranged in parallel on the lower surface of the conductive bar 2 and the side wall 10 having the conductive bar insertion hole 9 provided on the side of the substrate portion 8, and the upper surface of the substrate portion 8 is formed. The nut 4 is fitted into the recess 11 formed in the portion, the nut 4 and the through hole 1 of the conductive bar 2 are vertically communicated, and the terminal screw 5 inserted from the through hole 1 is inserted into the screw hole 12 of the nut 4. Since the terminal screws 5 are screwed together, the respective insulators 3 are attached to predetermined positions of the conductive bar 2 by screwing the terminal screws 5 into the nuts 4, and the side wall 10 is fixed to the terminal screws 5. This is to prevent escape of the electric wire when connecting the electric wire. Also,
By fitting the nut 4 into the recess 11, the nut 4 is prevented from idling when the terminal screw 5 is tightened. Further, since the lower end of the insulator 3 has such a length as to come into contact with the mounting plate 6, it is possible to prevent the conductive bar 2 from bending when the terminal screw 5 is tightened.

As described above, according to the present invention, a conductive bar having through holes formed at predetermined intervals, and a plurality of insulators having the conductive bar inserted therethrough and arranged in parallel are provided. Since the terminal block is composed of the nuts provided in each insulator, the terminal screws screwed into the nuts, and the mounting material for inserting the conductive bar into the mounting plate so that the conductive bar floats and is mounted, By inserting a desired number of insulators into the conductive bar through the conductive bar insertion holes and arranging them side by side, it is possible to easily form a terminal block having a desired number of connection parts. It is composed of a board part arranged side by side on the bottom surface of the bar and a side wall having a conductive bar insertion hole provided on the side of the board part.A nut is fitted into a recess formed in the top surface part of the board part, and the nut and the conductive material Terminal inserted through the through hole of the flexible bar that communicates vertically with the through hole. Since the screws are screwed into the screw holes of the nut, by screwing the terminal screws into the nut, it is possible to easily attach the respective insulators to the conductive bar at predetermined positions. Since the insulators can be installed side by side by attaching the wires to the conductive bar at a predetermined position, a separate member for joining the insulators is not required, and a common insulator, terminal screw, and nut are used. As a result, the types of parts and the number of parts can be reduced. In addition, the side wall provided on each insulator prevents the electric wire from escaping when connecting the electric wire to the terminal screw.Furthermore, since the nut is fitted in the recess, it prevents the nut from idling when tightening the terminal screw. It can be prevented and the connection work can be done easily. Also, since the lower end of the insulator has a length that makes contact with the mounting plate, the insulator contacts the mounting plate when the terminal block is mounted on the mounting plate, and as a result, the conductive bar is not tightened when the terminal screw is tightened. It is possible to prevent bending.
