However, in the case where a single base plate is provided with a single terminal plate having a plurality of terminal screws as in the former conventional example, the number of connection portions is fixed. Therefore, if a larger number of connection parts is desired, the number of connection parts is insufficient. On the contrary, if a smaller number of connection parts is desired, the connection parts are excessive and the space occupied by the terminal block is small. There was a problem that it increased unnecessarily.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, the conductive bar 2 is moved from the end face in the longitudinal direction of the conductive bar 2.
Insert the desired number of insulators 3 according to the length into the conductive bar insertion holes 9
By inserting the desired number of insulators 3 through the conductive bar
2 can be arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction, and can easily be a terminal block having a desired number of connection portions. In this case, the insulator 3 is composed of a substrate part 8 juxtaposed on the lower surface of the conductive bar 2 and a side wall 10 having a conductive bar insertion hole 9 provided on one side of the substrate part 8. The nut 4 is fitted into a recess 11 formed in the upper surface of the nut, and the nut 4 and the through hole 1 of the conductive bar 2 communicate vertically, and the terminal screw 5 inserted from the through hole 1 is used as a screw hole of the nut 4. 1
2, the terminal screws 5 are screwed into the nuts 4, whereby the respective insulators 3 are attached to predetermined positions of the conductive bar 2, and the side walls 10 are connected to the terminal screws 5. This prevents the escape of the electric wire when the electric wire is connected to the cable. Further, since the nut 4 is fitted into the recess 11, the nut 4 can be prevented from idling when the terminal screw 5 is tightened. Further, since the lower end of the insulator 3 has a length in contact with the mounting plate 6, the conductive bar 2 can be prevented from bending when the terminal screw 5 is tightened.

The insulator 3 is integrally formed of an insulating material, and is formed by projecting a side wall 10 at one end of the substrate portion 8. It is continuous to form a letter. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the substrate portion 8 is formed with lateral edge projections 13 at the front and rear, and the upper end of the lateral edge projection 13 projects slightly upward from the upper surface of the substrate portion 8. ing. The end of the substrate portion 8 in the direction opposite to the side wall 10 projects slightly outward from the lateral edge projection 13 to form a fitting portion 14, which is further outward from the upper portion of the center of the fitting portion 14. The connection protrusion 15 protrudes toward the side. A recess 11 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the substrate portion 8, and the nut 4 having a square shape in a plan view is fitted into the recess 11. Here, the nut 28 is fitted into the recess 11 so as not to be shifted sideways.
Further, the upper surface of the nut 4 is flush with the upper surface of the substrate portion 8. The connection groove 1 into which the connection protrusion 15 is fitted on the side of the upper side of the recess 11 on the side wall 10 side.
6 is formed so as to communicate with the side of the recess 11, and the connection groove 16 is formed to penetrate the side wall 10. Side wall 1
0, a conductive bar insertion hole 9 is formed penetrating on both sides, and the lower end of the conductive bar insertion hole 9 is flush with the upper surface of the substrate portion 8 and communicates with the connection groove 16. I have. Vertical edge protrusions 17 thicker than the side wall 10 are formed at front and rear ends of the side wall 10, and the vertical edge protrusion 17 is continuous with the horizontal edge protrusion 13, and the distance between the vertical edge protrusions 17 is provided. Is the same as the width of the fitting portion 14. In the present invention, as described above, the longitudinal
A conductive bar having through holes formed at predetermined intervals along the direction, a plurality of insulators which are inserted side by side from the longitudinal end face of the conductive bar , a plurality of insulators, a nut provided on each insulator, and a nut. screwed to the terminal screw, because it is inserted conductive bar terminal block and the mounting member for mounting floated conductive bar to the mounting plate are constructed, longitudinal direction of the conductive bar
From the end face, the desired number of insulators according to the length of the conductive bar
Through the conductive bar insertion hole, the desired number of
Insulators can be juxtaposed along the length of the conductive bar
A terminal block having a desired number of connecting portions can be easily formed, and the insulator is made of a substrate portion arranged in parallel with the lower surface of the conductive bar and a conductive bar provided on one side of the substrate portion. A nut is fitted into a recess formed in the upper surface of the board portion, and the nut and the through-hole of the conductive bar communicate vertically with the terminal screw inserted from the through-hole. Screwed into the screw hole of the nut, each insulator can be easily attached to the predetermined position of the conductive bar by screwing the terminal screw to the nut. since mounted on predetermined the position of the conductive bar can parallelly in the longitudinal direction of the conductive bar insulator bodies, without the need for a separate coupling dedicated member for coupling an insulator, also common insulator, Terminal screws and nuts can be used. Varieties Results Part of al, in which it is possible to reduce the number of parts. In addition, the side walls provided on each insulator prevent the wires from escaping when the wires are connected to the terminal screws.Furthermore, since the nuts are fitted into the recesses, the nuts can be turned idle when the terminal screws are tightened. It can be prevented and the connection work can be simplified. In addition, since the lower end of the insulator is long enough to abut the mounting plate, the insulator abuts the mounting plate when the terminal block is mounted on the mounting plate, and as a result, the conductive bar is tightened when the terminal screws are tightened. Deflection can be prevented.
