【実施例】以下にこの発明を図面に示す実施例に基づい
て説明する。長手方向長さが９００ｍｍ前後で、短手方
向長さが６０ｍｍから１２０ｍｍまでぐらいの、平面形
状が短冊状の化粧板１は、厚さ４ｍｍから６ｍｍまでぐ
らいの針葉樹合板等の合板からなる基板２と、この基板
２の上面に貼り付けられた０．６ｍｍから２．０ｍｍま
での厚さのラワン単板等からなる木製の薄板３と、この
薄板３の上面に貼り付けられた厚さ２ｍｍから４ｍｍま
でぐらいのレッドオーク単板等からなる２枚の木製の装
飾板４とを有している。なお、薄板３と装飾板４との木
目方向は相互に直行している。前記基板２には、所定間
隔おきに切り溝６が基板２の短手方向と平行に形成され
ている。これら切り溝６は基板２を分断するものであっ
ても、また、基板２を分断せずに、基板２が上部におい
て連なった状態とするものであってもよい。前記化粧板

【発明の効果】この発明は、前記した如き構成によっ
て、以下の如き効果を奏するものである。 合板からなる基板と木製の化粧板との間に、木製の薄
板が介在させられていて、その木製の薄板が凹凸を吸収
する作用をなすので、上面が平滑でない雑で安価な基板
を使用しても、装飾板（化粧板）の表面を平滑にするこ
とが出来る。 基板に、所定間隔おきに切り溝が基板の短手方向と平
行に形成されているので、化粧板をコンクリート床面等
