(Prior art) When a toilet is installed in a bilging room by the pre-fab method, a wall panel is usually installed on the floor frame to circulate the side wall, and the ceiling is attached to this to create a new room space for the toilet. The wall panel used in such a case generally comprises a front view panel-like wall body, i.e. a ready-made wall structure having a substantially square and flat front surface.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Therefore, when trying to construct a toilet using ready-made wall panels, the height of the ceiling is limited, and depending on the site, the space prepared on the skeleton side may be utilized. On the other hand, when trying to obtain a ceiling height that matches the site, there was no choice but to rely on the build-to-order manufacturing system, which made it difficult to promote standardization.

In the figure, P represents the entire wall panel, and the wall panel P is a wall body 1 having a substantially rectangular shape (width W, height H1) in front view, and the wall body 1.
Of the ceiling side fitting member 2 (width W, waist height H2) which is engaged with the upper part thereof over the entire width W thereof so as to be vertically movable and serves as a joint wall. The wall body 1 includes front and rear base plates 3 and 4, and a reinforcing frame 5 (height h1) sandwiched and fixed between the base plates 3 and 4. On the other hand, the connecting member 2 includes a screen-shaped leg portion 2a (leg length) that is inserted between the plates 3 and 4 in a nesting manner,
It has a waist frame portion 2c having an outer thickness through steps 2b and 2b 'at the upper and lower ends thereof, and is preferably made of a hollow material integrally formed as a whole.

Then, just below the outer opening upper edges 3a, 4a of the plates 3, 4,
Drill holes D and D'are drilled at positions near the left and right ends.
Further, also in the leg portion 2a, a plurality of pairs of front and rear drill holes d1 to d6 and d'1 to 1 are provided at a plurality of positions in the vertical direction near the left and right ends.
d'6 (generally referred to as d, d'hereinafter) has been opened, and among the latter d, d ', the vertical direction facing the former D, D'according to the sliding amount of the joining member 2. The position obtained (d3, d′ 3 in the illustrated example) and the former D, D ′ are sewn from the front with a pair of left and right screws 6, and tightened with a nut 7 on the rear surface side. The total height H is determined.

Therefore, by replacing the drill holes d, d'on the fitting member 2 side facing the drill holes D, D'on the wall body 1 between the upper edge of the reinforcing frame 5 of the wall body 1 and the lower edge of the leg portion 2a of the member 2. The panel height H = (h1 + H2) + δ is changed from the lower limit value H = H1 + H2- to the upper limit value Hh = H1 + H2- by appropriately changing the gap δ of.

In the figure, T represents a toilet room, and the toilet room T forms a side wall W by arranging the wall panel P and a standard size wall panel (not shown) having a height H1 on a tiled waterproof floor F, and The ceiling C is hung or erected to define a room space for the toilet, where necessary sanitary equipment and facilities,
For example, the urinal 10 and its piping unit 11 and the blindfold booth 12, the washbasin unit 13 and the makeup mirror 14, and a toilet (not shown) are provided, and depending on the construction specifications, for cleaning. It will be constructed with appropriate partitions, including a tool storage, sink, kettle, restroom, smoking room, rest room, shower room, recreation or refreshing space, etc.

After adjusting the height of each wall panel P, the wall mounting base plate 3 on the front side and the front surface of the screen-shaped leg portion 2a are subjected to the same type of wall mounting, and the upper surface of the joining member waist frame portion 2c is set to the ceiling C lower surface. Build in a shape that fits with.

According to this embodiment, since the ceiling-side fitting member 2 is vertically movably engaged with the wall body 1 of the wall panel P, the relative position of the fitting member 2 with respect to the wall body 1 can be appropriately changed. The panel height H can be adjusted. Therefore, if it is necessary to provide a height difference on the ceiling surface due to the situation on the building side or other circumstances specific to the site, or set the ceiling level to a height that standard size wall panels cannot handle. Even if it is unavoidable, it can be dealt with sufficiently. At that time, as can be seen from FIG. 3, not only the screen-shaped leg portion 2a of the member 2 serves as a joint wall, but also the waist frame portion 2c. The belt-shaped front also serves as the edge around the ceiling.

In the present embodiment, the wall mounting is performed after the height of the wall panel P is adjusted, but the front mounting of the front base plate 3 and the front surface of the leg portion 2a may be performed in advance.

In addition, in this embodiment, the ceiling side joining member 2 is attached to the wall body 1.
Although it is telescopically fitted in and is movable up and down, this may be reversed by inserting the upper part of the wall into the ceiling side fitting member, and further, the member 2 is an integrally hollow product. Instead, it may be a solid product or a plurality of divided products.

Besides, in order to make the ceiling side fitting member movable up and down with respect to the wall body, it is not necessary to stick to the nested structure, and it is also possible to use another system such as a bellows type or a single-sided sliding type. .

Further, preferably, the intervals or the number of the drill holes D, D'or d, d'is increased or decreased according to the wall width W or the effective screen height e, and if possible, the screw 6 is used as a countersunk screw after tightening the nut. Try to close the front side blindly.

(Effect of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the outer opening upper edge portion is formed on the base plate before and after the wall body, and the leg, the step portion and the meat are formed on the outer opening upper edge portion. Since the ceiling side engaging member having a thick waist frame portion and having a plurality of holes in the legs is engaged and the holes are fixed with screws or the like, the ceiling engaging member is attached so as to be vertically movable. Depending on the height of the ceiling, the ceiling fitting member attached to the wall with screws is moved up and down as appropriate, and the positions of the ceiling fitting members are changed by changing the positions of the holes and fixing them with screws. The height of the wall can be changed. Therefore, if it is necessary to provide a height difference on the ceiling surface due to the situation on the building side or other circumstances peculiar to the site, the ceiling level must be set to a height that conventional standard size wall panels cannot handle. Even in the case, it is possible to deal with a ready-made wall panel, which can also be dealt with flexibly according to the site, so it is possible to hope for a large standardization of the wall panel.
