Abstract

PURPOSE:To impart an attractive appearance and properties both of which are not possessed by conventional furs by bonding fur strips end to end and passing the resulting fur string through meshes of a net fabric to unite it with the fabric so that the hair side of the string is exposed on one or both sides of the fabric. CONSTITUTION:Fur strips 2-3mm wide are bonded together end to end to obtain a string 13 in which one side 2 is covered with hairs and the other side 3 is skinny. The string 13 is passed through a mesh of a net fabric 10, subsequently passed over an x-direction thread 12a, with the hair side 2 facing outward, and then inserted into the next mesh. The string 13 is then twisted to turn it out, passed under a y-direction thread, and pulled up through the next mesh. Subsequently, the string 13 is twisted to turn it out again, passed above an x-direction thread 12b, with the hair side 2 facing outward, and then pulled up through the next mesh. Thus, the string 13 is united with the fabric 10 so that the hair side thereof is exposed on one or both sides of the fabric 10.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the tanned fur, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view thereof, in which 1 is fur, 2 is hair, and 3 is leather. To manufacture the fur plate, two methods, a skin-on-skin method and a retout method, have been conventionally used. The skin-on-skin method is a method for obtaining a fur plate by cutting the tanned fur 1 into as large a size as shown by a chain line 4 in FIG. Figure 5 shows the retout method.
As shown in (1), the tanned fur 1 is cut diagonally to collect a large number of strip-shaped furs 5, and the furs 5 are sewn at different angles to obtain an elongated fur plate. Whichever method is used, the fur plate hair obtained by the above two methods has almost the same hair condition as that of the animal at the time of survival, and it is said that the best condition has been reached until now. .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, in recent years, due to the regulations of the CITES Convention from the viewpoint of conservation of natural animals, the demand for fur clothing has declined, and the fur industry has been stagnant. . Under such circumstances, in order to promote the industry, there is nothing but to stimulate new demand. For that purpose, the fur image that conventional fur has is renewed, and fur that has the appearance and characteristics that conventional fur does not have. Must be urgently created.

In order to achieve the above object, the method of manufacturing a fur plate according to the present invention has the following steps. (1) Cut the fur into narrow pieces and join the ends together to form hair fur on one side and leather fur on the other side. (2) Then, while winding the above-mentioned fur cord through the mesh of the mesh-like cloth, wind it around all the yarns in any of the longitudinal and lateral directions of the cloth so that the bristle side of the cloth appears on both sides or one side of the cloth.

By the procedures of (1) and (2) above, a fur plate in which fur hair is planted on both sides or one side of a reticulated cloth is formed. The fur plate thus formed has the following features not found in conventional fur plates. (a) Fur plates with both sides of the plate can also be manufactured. (b) The appearance of the surface is completely different from that of conventional fur. (C) By braiding different types of fur strings with different specifications into a net-like fabric, a fur with a new sensation that has never existed appears.

Example 1 First, as shown in FIG. 1, a net-like cloth 10 having a large number of squares 11 is formed from a mixed yarn 12 of hemp and rayon, for example. Next, the fur 1 is cut to obtain a large number of tape-shaped furs having a width of about 2 to 3 mm, and the ends of the tape-shaped furs are joined to form a long fur cord 13. The fur cord 13 is then attached to the mesh 11 of the mesh 10 as shown in FIG.
And then insert it into the next square 11 from above the yarn 12a in the x direction with the bristles facing up. Then, the fur cord 13 is twisted, turned over, passed under the thread in the y direction, and pulled out from the next square.
Then, the fur cord 13 is twisted again and turned over so that the fur is on the upper side, the fur thread 13 is passed over the yarn 12a in the x direction, and is inserted into the next square 11. In this way, the yarn 12 in the x direction is alternated between the front and back.
Assemble a. When the winding of the net-like fabric 10 around one weft yarn 12a in the x direction is finished, the fur cord 13 is similarly wound around the next yarn 12b in the x direction, and the yarns 12a, 12b in the x direction of the fabric 10 ... All of the fur cord 13
Wrap around. As a result, both sides of the reticulated cloth 10 are in a state of being flocked, and a fur surface different from the surface of the conventional fur appears. The operation of winding the fur cord 13 around the threads of the net-like cloth may be a manual operation or a dedicated machine.

Embodiment 2 In the above-mentioned embodiment, when the fur cord 13 is assembled to the mesh cloth 10, the fur cord 13 is twisted and reversed so that the hair appears on both sides of the cloth 10. Although it is wound around the fabric 10, the yarn may be wound around the yarn as it is without being reversed so that the bristles appear only on one side of the fabric 10. In this case, only one side of the net-like cloth 10 is in a state of being flocked, but the fur plate having the one-sided hair can be provided with a lining and finished as an outer jacket, for example.

Embodiment 3 Further, the yarn for winding the fur cord 13 may be the yarn 12c in the y direction instead of the yarn in the x direction in FIG. Further, the material of the yarn forming the reticulated cloth 10 is not limited to the mixed yarn of hemp and rayon shown in the above embodiment, and other kinds of fibers may be used. Further, the width of the fur cord 13 is not limited to the width of 2 to 3 mm shown in the above embodiment, and can be appropriately selected according to the specifications of the fur.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention relates to a method for producing a fur plate. (A) Fur is cut into a width of about 2 to 3 mm and the ends thereof are joined to each other. First step of forming, and (a) passing the fur cord through the mesh of the mesh cloth so that all yarns in any direction of the fabric such that the fur side of the cord appears on both sides or one side of the fabric. Since it is composed of the second step of wrapping around, the following excellent effects are obtained. (1) When the hair is on both sides, the heat retaining effect is great. (2) The appearance of the fur surface is different from that of conventional fur and brings a new effect. (3) By mixing fur strings with different hair qualities, colors, and other specifications, it is possible to create fur garments with a new sensation that conventional fur does not have, and to stimulate new fur demand.
