Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and accurately place automatically surface mounting components by forming a substrate body, a frame and a substrate body coupler together in a 3-layer structure of a soft base and a cover film, and providing reinforcing members on the rear faces of the body and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A substrate body 1, a frame 2 and a coupler 3 are integrally formed together in a 3-layer structure. い。すなわち、硬い補強基板7のない部分は軟かく、こ
の部分の曲がりや折れによって部品9の実装位置がずれ
やすい。従って、基板の位置精度が悪くなり、部品の自
動搭載が困難になるという欠点がある。
