Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute the release from a wound smoothly by forming a wound part protecting member attached on a water impermeable base member from a liquidproof layer for preventing the permeation of the exsudate ooyed out from a wound and a porous absorptive layer for absorbing the exsudate, and forming each layer so as to have each smooth surface. CONSTITUTION:A medical adhesive tape is formed by applying and fixing a wound part protecting member 3 to the near center of a tape-shaped base member 1 having a waterproof adhesive layer 2 on one-side surface of a water impermeable material such as plastics, and the wound part protecting part member 3 is covered by a releasing paper sheet 5. Further, on the base member 1, an air ventilation hole 11 is formed only at the part where the wound part protecting member 3 is attached. The wound part protecting member 3 has an integration structure made of the hydrophilic synthetic resin such as polyurethane, and is formed from a smooth surface 31 in contact with a wound, porous absorptive layer 32 for absorbing the exsudate ooyed out from the wound, and a liquidproof layer 33 for preventing the permeation of the exsudate. Accordingly, the exfoliation from the wound part can be executed smoothly by forming the surface in contact with the wound of the wound part protecting member 3 to the flat surface 31.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a banding gauze in which a disinfectant gauze impregnated with a sterilizing agent or the like is fixed at approximately the center of one surface of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having air permeability.

[0003] In this prior art, the disinfecting gauze is in direct contact with the affected area, and therefore the exudate from the wound is excellently absorbed, but when the exudate is peeled off, the gauze adheres to the scab and is difficult to peel off. When attempting to peel it off, the gauze could remain on the affected area, or the scabs could stick to the gauze, and the affected area that had been healed could be damaged again. Also, water came in from the outside and the gauze got wet, so it was necessary to replace the gauze bag each time.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks and allows water from the outside to be smoothly peeled from a wound without entering the wound, and is excellent in moisture permeability and breathability. It is intended to provide a plaster that can absorb and retain exudate from a wound.

First, referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the substrate 1 is usually in the form of a tape, made of a water-impermeable material such as plastic, and has a water-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 on one surface thereof. The scratch protection material 3 is attached and fixed at approximately the center, and the upper portion thereof is covered with a release paper 5. The base material 1 is provided with the ventilation holes 11 only at the locations where the scratch protection material 3 is attached.

Next, the scratch protection material 3 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, the scratch protection material 3 has an integral structure formed of polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol, and other hydrophilic synthetic resins. Smooth surface 3 that contacts scratches in sequence
1. A porous absorption layer 32 for absorbing exudate from a wound and a liquid-proof layer 33 for preventing permeation of exudate. Since most of them are porous, they have moisture permeability and air permeability, and have the property of absorbing but not permeating exudate from a wound, and its thickness is usually about 1 to 5 mm, although it varies depending on the application.

One surface of the scratch protection material 3 which is in contact with the scratch is a smooth surface 3
It is 1, so that it can be peeled off smoothly from scratches. The inside of the smooth surface is an absorption layer 32 that absorbs and absorbs the exudate from the scratch.

The absorbent layer 32 has a porous structure such as a foamed structure. When the synthetic resin has a high moisture permeability, it may be a foam having closed cells, but it can easily absorb exudate. In order to achieve this, an open-cell foam having cells communicating with each other is preferable.

The other surface of the scratch protection material is a liquid-proof layer 33 for preventing permeation of the exudate. This layer 33 is the absorption layer 32.
In the case where is an open-cell foam layer, a closed-cell foam structure is preferable because it enhances air permeability and can prevent permeation of exudate. Further, the layer 33 may be a solid thin layer which is not apparently foamed.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing an example of a scratch protection material, which has an extremely thin smooth surface 31 on the surface thereof and an absorbing layer 32 having an open cell structure below the smooth surface 31. The liquid is absorbed through the holes existing in the smooth surface 31.

The other surface is the liquid-proof layer 33 having a closed-cell structure, which substantially blocks the permeation of exudate because the air bubbles are independent and also allows the air to permeate well, thereby preventing the wound from becoming uneven. can do.

In order to obtain a scratch-protecting material having such a structure as a non-laminated integral structure, a foaming resin is flown over the molding surface to foam, and once a continuous foaming structure is formed, and then the gas near the surface is degassed. By crushing bubbles to form an independent foam structure only near the surface (US Pat. No. 4,625,720) or by controlling the foaming conditions as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-36936. For example, a closed cell structure or a method of forming a dense area (skin layer) having no apparent bubbles on the surface can be used. In addition, especially smooth surface 3
In order to finish 1 as a glossy surface with good peelability from scratches, an independent or continuous foam is formed and the surface is crushed to produce a smooth surface 3

The scratch protection material 3 is attached to the portion of the base material 1 where the ventilation holes 11 are formed. As described above, since the scratch protection material 3 itself has air permeability, the portion where the air holes 11 are formed has air permeability as a whole. Further, since the vent hole 11 is blocked by the liquid-proof layer 33 of the scratch protection material 3, it is possible to prevent external moisture from reaching the wound, and it is not necessary to replace it frequently as in the conventional gauze.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, since the ventilation hole is formed only in a part of the non-breathable base material and the scratch protection material having the liquid-proof layer is attached to the portion, it penetrates from the outside through the ventilation hole. There is an advantage that the water to be tried is blocked by the liquid-proof layer and does not reach the wound.

Further, since the scratch protection material made of synthetic resin has a smooth surface, it can be smoothly peeled from the wound, and the scratch is not deteriorated. Further, the absorbent layer and the liquid-proof layer absorb the exudate from the wound and prevent its permeation. Since the scratch protection material has a porous structure for the most part, it has appropriate breathability and moisture permeability.
