【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 洗浄液と、それと同等又はそれ以上の比
重の粒状体とを、洗浄槽の静止状態で洗浄液面が粒状体
層の上端より上方に位置しかつ粒状体層上の洗浄液深さ
が粒状体層の高さの半分以下となる割合で洗浄槽内に収
容し、この洗浄槽内に被洗浄物を収容した状態で洗浄槽
を揺動させることを特徴とする洗浄方法。
