Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 11, a screw portion 99 is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft 73, and a screw hole 100 provided at the center of the rotating body 71 is screwed into the screw portion 99, and the pump of the shaft 73 is pumped. While mounting the annular plate 101 on the 24 side so as to be movable along the axis,
The annular plate 101 is fixed to a predetermined position of the shaft 73 by screwing the bolt 102, and the protrusion 72 is formed by traveling the mountain side of the traveling body 21.
And the engaging portion 75 are engaged with each other, the rotating body 71 is moved in the direction of the sprocket 26 with the rotation of the shaft 73, and the rotating body 71 and the boss portion 103 of the sprocket 26 face each other. When a certain first knock 104 is engaged, the rotating body 71 is rotated together with the shaft 73, and when the traveling body 21 travels in the valley direction, the rotation of the shaft 73 is maintained with the projection 72 and the engaging portion 75 engaged with each other. The rotary body 71 is moved in the direction of the pump 24 along with the movement, and the second knock 1 provided on the facing surface of the rotary body 71 and the annular plate 101.
If the rotating body 71 is rotated together with the shaft 73 when 05 is engaged, the time for tilting the tilting body 57 via the second slider 74 accompanying the running of the running body 21 can be adjusted.

With the above configuration, when using on a steep slope with a main rope length of 450 m or less, the time for tilting the tilting body 57 is short, and when the main rope length is 450 m or more and the slope is gentle, the pulling line droops. When the traveling body 21 is stopped by the force (weight of the wire rope), the traveling body 21 may be pulled back by the reaction that is stopped by the force. At that time, if the time to tilt the tilting body 57 is short, the next cycle pattern is entered and the hydraulic switch
Since 30 is included, the traveling body 21 cannot be stopped at an arbitrary position, and therefore it must be taken long considering the time (distance) to be pulled back. Therefore, by moving the annular plate 101, the traveling body 21 moves to transmit the rotational force from the rotary shaft 73 to the second slider 74, that is, the time of the engagement relationship performed by the repetitive motion of the traveling body 21. Can be adjusted.
