[Industrial applications]

The present invention mainly relates to a precipitation-type water treatment device that purifies and processes turbid water that is emitted from civil engineering construction sites.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Generally, muddy water containing a large amount of gravel is generated at a civil engineering site. Precipitation type water treatment equipment is used to purify this. This settling water treatment device has a plurality of settling tanks connected to each other, and by sending muddy water to each of these settling tanks in order, the gravel in the muddy water is gravity settled on the bottom of the settling tank and removed. Then, the supernatant liquid is discharged to the outside.

In such a precipitation-type water treatment device, in a simple box-shaped settling tank, the efficiency of gravity settling of gravel is poor, and it is difficult to remove fine gravel such as sand grains. For this reason, in factories that place great importance on wastewater treatment, in order to increase the efficiency of sand and gravel removal by providing an inertial separation function in addition to gravity settling, multiple inclined plates and bent plates must be installed in the settling tank. A device that is devised such as having multiple stages is used.

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

By the way, in the conventional settling water treatment device as described above, since multiple slanted plates and bent plates are arranged in multiple stages in the settling tank, this is an obstacle and the gravel accumulated in the bottom of the settling tank is removed from the tank. It was troublesome to take it out.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to have an inertia separation function in addition to gravity settling of sand gravel, and it is possible to very efficiently remove even fine gravel such as sand grains from muddy water. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a simple precipitation-type water treatment device that facilitates the operation of taking out the gravel that has settled on the bottom of the settling tank to the outside of the tank.

【0006】[0006]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the sedimentation-type wastewater treatment device of the present invention has a plurality of movable louvers vertically spaced from each other in at least one of a plurality of sedimentation tanks for sequentially feeding water to be treated. It is rotatably arranged vertically through a fulcrum provided on the wall surface of the settling tank, and can be rotated between a state in which each of the movable louvers is raised laterally from the fulcrum and a state in which the louver is hung down from the fulcrum. It is characterized in that it is configured by providing a louver support mechanism for supporting the louver.

【0007】[0007]

[Action]

According to the settling water treatment apparatus having the above-mentioned configuration, at the time of water treatment, a plurality of movable louvers arranged in a multistage vertically in at least one of a plurality of settling tanks is supported by a louver support mechanism in a horizontally raised state. . In this state, the treated water such as muddy water at the construction site is sent in order from the first settling tank. As a result, the gravel in the turbid water is gravity settled on the bottom of the settling tank, and in the settling tank equipped with the movable louver, the gravel in the turbid water is inertially separated by the multiple movable louvers in addition to the gravity settling. Even fine gravel such as sand grains will be efficiently deposited on the bottom of the settling tank. The supernatant purified water from which the gravel has been removed is discharged to the outside.

After performing the water treatment work in this manner, the louver support mechanism is operated to bring each movable louver down from the fulcrum. This allows the movable louvers to be taken out of the tank easily by vacuuming up the gravel that has settled on the bottom of the settling tank without hindering the work.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The fixed louvers 9 at each stage are wide ones having an inverted V-shaped cross section with a wide angle, and are mounted on brackets 10 projecting inward from the front and rear walls of the settling tank 4B to extend in the front-rear direction. It is fixed horizontally.

Further, a plurality of movable louvers 11 (two sheets each) are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction at both left and right sides inside the second settling tank 4B. The movable louvers 11 at the respective stages are in the shape of a wide flat plate, and are vertically arranged like a large hinge on a fulcrum shaft 12 provided horizontally on the inner wall surfaces of the partition plates 2 and 3 on both sides of the settling tank 4B. It is pivotably attached.

Moreover, the movable louvers 11 each having two stages on the left and right are supported by the louver support mechanism 13. Each of the left and right louver support mechanisms 13 includes a pair of front and rear bearing bases 14, a single rotary shaft 15, two front and rear rotary levers 16 and a connecting bar 17, and a single rotary operation lever 18. It is composed of a positioning hook 19.

The front and rear bearing bases 14 are provided above the front and rear walls of the water tank body 1, and the rotary shaft 15 is rotatably supported by the front and rear bearing bases 14 so as to be substantially above the partition plates 2 and 3. It is horizontally provided at the position of in the front-back direction. The rotation lever 16 is provided at two positions in the front and rear of the rotation shaft 15 so as to integrally rotate with the rotation shaft 15 by fixing the base end portion thereof, and the connection bar 17 is provided at the tip end portion of the rotation lever 16. Is suspended with its upper end pivotally connected.

The connecting bar 17 extends through the notch 11 a of the upper movable louver 11 to the lower movable louver 11 and is pinned to a bracket 20 provided on the upper surface of the movable louvers 11 on both upper and lower stages. Is pivotally connected via.

Further, the rotation operation lever 18 is a long one provided outside the water tank body 1 by fixing the upper end portion to the rear end of the rotation shaft 15, and the rotation operation lever 18 can be rotated. By means of the rotary shaft 15, the rotary lever 16 and the connecting bar 17, the upper and lower movable louvers 11 can be synchronously rotated in the vertical direction.

The positioning hook 19 is attached to the outside of the aquarium body 1 so that the turning operation lever 18 can be hooked at the position shown in the figure. By rotating the rotation operation lever 18 and hooking it with the positioning hook 19, the state in which the rotation operation lever 18 is slightly slanted laterally from the fulcrum shaft 12 as shown by the solid line in FIG. It can be lock-supported in a state in which the fixed louvers 11 of the step are opposed to each other and are arranged in different steps). If the positioning hook 19 is removed from the rotary operation lever 18, the upper and lower movable louvers 11 are unlocked and rotate downward due to their own weight, and as shown by the phantom line in FIG. It can be supported in a suspended state.

In the sedimentation type water treatment apparatus having such a configuration, however, the water tank body 1 is transported to the construction site and installed horizontally, the gate valves 7 are closed, and the left and right louver support mechanisms 13 are further installed as described above. By rotating the rotation operation lever 18 of FIG. 1 and hooking it by the positioning hook 19, the movable louvers 11 in the upper and lower two stages in the second settling tank 4B are shown in solid lines in FIG. As described above, the position of the fulcrum shaft 12 is held in a state of being slightly slanted sideways. In addition, a pump pipe (not shown) for introducing water to be treated such as turbid water coming out of the construction site is connected to the inlet 5, and a drain pipe (not shown) is connected to the outlet 6.

In the state thus prepared, muddy water is gradually fed from the inlet 5 into the first settling tank 4A. With this, the turbid water flows under the partition plate 2 while accumulating in the first settling tank 4A, and flows into the second settling tank 4B. Inside, fixed louvers 9 at each stage and left and right movable louvers 11 are provided. Between the second settling tank 4B and the partition plate 3 and overflows into the third settling tank 4C.

The muddy water is the first to third settling tanks 4A. In the process of sequentially flowing in 4B and 4C, the gravel in the muddy water settles by gravity and settles on the bottom of each settling tank, and in the intermediate second settling tank 4B, the fixed louver 9 at each stage is fixed. By the movable louver and the movable louver 11, the gravel in the turbid water is gravity-sedimented and inertially separated, and even fine gravel such as sand grains is efficiently settled on the bottom of the settling tank. In this way, the gravel is settled and removed, and the purified purified water in the third settling tank 4C is discharged from the discharge port 6 to a suitable place outside through the pipe.

After the water treatment work is completed, each gate valve 7 is opened and the first to third settling tanks 4A. While the residual liquid in 4B and 4C is discharged and removed, the positioning hooks 19 of the rotary operation levers 18 of the left and right louver support mechanisms 13 are removed and unlocked, and the movable louvers 11 in two steps of left and right are respectively supported by the fulcrum shafts 12. Keep it hanging down. Then, the movable louvers 12 are prevented from interfering with the work, and the gravel that has settled on the inner bottom of the settling tank 4B is vacuumed up and taken out of the tank. The gravel that has settled on the inner bottoms of the other first and second settling tanks 4A and 4C is also vacuumed up and taken out of the tank. The precipitation-type water treatment device of the present invention can be effectively used not only for civil engineering work but also for the pretreatment process of chemical injection treatment equipment.
