タンク本体の後部開口面に装設するとともに、ハ
ツチの任意位置に排水コツクを装設し、かつ、ハ
ツチの開口面に該ハツチの下部内周面と合致する
半円板形状の堰板を上端部を支点に揺動自在に装
設し、更に、ハツチ内の上記堰板の後方に汚泥水
の汚水のみを透過させる大きさに設定された細孔
を多数形成してなるパンチンクプレートを張設し
たものである。
