【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は店舗、催し物会場等の主としてガラス壁面に吸着させて取付ける店飾 用部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現在自動車店やスーパー、コンビニエンスその他ビジネスショウ会場のガラス 壁面に取付ける営業用、宣伝用旗等の店飾部材は吸着盤を取付けた短寸の竿や、 ポール支柱に宣伝用、業務用の三角旗を取着して主として店舗周囲の透明硝子壁 面に取付けている。その取着手段は竿又はポール支柱を上下方向の硝子面に対し 直角（水平）方向に支柱基部の吸着盤を介して突き出す様に取付け、このポール 支柱に宣伝文を書いた旗を吊下し店飾あるいは売り出し宣伝用に使用している。 現在の店飾方法としては、上述の固定した直線状のポール支柱による旗吊り下げ 以外にみるべき手段はなく平面的で立体感や多角的な装飾性に乏しい難点がみら れる。

【本考案の解決すべき課題】
多角的な装飾部材として利用できる構造と、部材の組み合わせによる立体機能 を活用した取付手段とすることを課題とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達するため部材本体を復元自在の可撓部材と、その少なくとも一 端部に吸着盤を備えた回動取付軸とより構成した店飾用部材に係るものである。

【作用】
本体を可撓材で形成し、かつ本体の取付軸の回動作用により本体を自在に直線 状、曲面状、あるいは揺動作用を伴った取付手段とした。

【実施例１】 本考案店飾用部材は合成樹脂等の弾性可撓材で成形し、折曲弯曲しても、復元 力のある塩化ビニール等の合成樹脂板を使用する。部材本体は、図１のように部 材本体を飾板あるいは広告板として利用する場合と、図４のように宣伝、キャン ペーン用の旗、風船その他の付属物を吊下げ取着する竿杆として利用する場合が 考えられる。部材本体を飾板又は広告板として使用する場合は、本体１を使用態 様に応じて図１のように長方形板、あるいは図５、図６のように異形板２、３に 形成し、本体１の両端に止着した座板４の割溝のある嵌着部５に弾性吸着盤７を 取着した回動取付軸６を嵌着する。飾板本体１はキャッチフレーズや宣伝文１０ を表示し、建物周囲の硝子面Ｗに平面状に吸着盤を取着して取付ける場合と、本 体１を曲面状に弯曲させて取着する場合と、図７のように弯曲した本体１に旗８ を吊下げて取付ける場合もある。

【実施例２】 部材本体は吸着盤７を本体の両端に止着して本体１を実施例１のように固定状 に止着してもよいが、図４のように本体１の一端にだけ吸着盤７を取付けフリー とした本体の先端に図８のようにキャンペーン用の広告印刷物、風船９又はミニ カー、プラモデル等を適宜取付け動きのある店飾部材として利用する。なお本考 案店飾部材は実施例１、実施例２に限らず部材や飾板の目的、機能に応じた広告 又は店飾部材として実施する。

【効果】
以上本考案は店飾部材として飾板又は旗竿として使用するもので従来直線状棒 杆を利用してこれに旗を吊着した手段に対し、部材本体を復元力のある可撓材と したので立体感のある弯曲飾板としての使用をすることにより外界よりの視界範 囲を拡大し店飾効果の拡充に極めて有効である。又吸着盤の取付軸は座板に回動 状に嵌着してあるので本体１を弯曲させても、これに対応して取付軸が多方向に 自在に枢動し無理のない取着が可能であり使用上の機能に適応した構成上の利点 がある。
【０００９】 又吸着盤は部材本体の一端にだけ取着してもよいのでフリーの他端に旗、風船 を取着して広告体、又は部材本体を揺動自在に取付けられるのでユーザーの目に 触れ易く店飾部材としての機能の多様化に大いに役立つ効果がある。
