Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent stagnation of an undulate recess and improve distortion and shearing stresses irrespective of the servive mode of a straight pipe and bent pipe by forming a hose projection part as surrounding in the horizontal direction of the hose in the form of circular arc or in a mild projection circumferentially, and putting the axis of the tube in eccentricity. CONSTITUTION:An undulate projection part 2 is formed in the horizontal direction of a hose 1. A part in the form of mild circular arc 3 having a shallow bottom or in a semi-body circumferentially is formed which is continued to the undulate projection part 2. The axis 4 of this hose 1 is put eccentrical till the eccentic position 5. Thereby the bottom of the undulate projection part 2 is made shallow, and the fluid is dropped with the fluid pressure smoothly and quickly without risk of stagnation. When the hose 1 is used as a bend, the undulate projection part 2 is bent inward while the circular arc part 3 bent outward, and thereby the circular arc part 3 on the outside is elongated to form a smooth inner wall, which allows elimination of the risk of fluid stagnating. Further the fluid pressure or the shearing stresses applied to the bend is relieved.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a hose for transporting liquid, gas, powder or the like, a flexible plastic hose molded from a thermoplastic resin material such as vinyl chloride (PVC) or polypropylene (PP) is used. (A) (b)
A corrugated corrugated pipe formed in parallel or spiral of the pipe bodies 10, 11, 12 shown in (c) is used as a bendable hose pipe body. However, as for the corrugated pipe, when it is used as the curved pipe 13 shown in FIG. 5, a part of the fluid and powder 15 stays in the inner wall valley portion 14 formed by the corrugated portion of the pipe body as shown in FIG. The problem is a problem. When using a corrugated pipe of a plastic hose, when using it as a straight hose or when using a spiral pipe, the problem that the transported material stays is solved, but the falling speed is slow, and when it is used as a bent pipe, the transportation efficiency decreases. . That is, it is desired that the inside of the pipe is smooth as a transport pipe for liquids, powders, and gases, but for corrugated pipes, the transported matter stays in the valleys of the irregularities on the inner wall of the curved pipe section, causing the above-mentioned difficulties. ing. Conventionally, in particular, the corrugated pipe used for the curved pipe portion may be of the elbow type or the bend type, it is disclosed in JP-A-48-1070.
No. 8 and Jikkei 3-88868, etc., but no flexible plastic hose with a corrugated pipe that can be effectively used as a straight pipe has been proposed yet.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present invention is a flexible plastic hose which does not leave a residue in a corrugated recess regardless of its use as a straight pipe or a curved pipe.
In addition, the present invention provides a plastic hose that structurally improves strain and shear stress due to expansion and contraction of the curved tube portion of the tubular body.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems of the present invention, a bellows-like tubular body projecting portion which is surrounded in the horizontal direction of the tubular body is formed in a circumferentially gentle projecting portion or arc, and The means is a plastic tube hose having a structure in which the axis of the tube is eccentric.

[Function] The tubular hose has a half or a part formed in a corrugated projection, and the continuous half or part of the hose is formed in a gentle corrugated projection or an arc shape. When used, the troughs of the corrugated protrusions become shallower in the troughs of the continuous circumferential half body, and the fluid substance quickly drops downward due to fluid pressure or air pressure without staying.
When used as a curved pipe, by bending the corrugated portion side inward and the arc portion side outward, the outer arc-shaped peripheral wall extends and becomes a smooth inner wall, so that the transport body does not stay. Structurally, the tubular structure eccentric to the corrugated portion acts in the direction of relieving the fluid pressure or the shear stress applied to the bent portion.

1 is a sectional view of a plastic hose for transportation showing an embodiment of the present invention, 1 is a hose, 2 is a corrugated protrusion provided in the horizontal direction of the hose, and 3 is a circle continuous to the corrugated protrusion. It is a shallow arc-shaped part with gentle valleys formed in the circumferential half or part thereof. In this case, the half body does not necessarily mean a numerical half body. Reference numeral 4 indicates an axial center, and 5 indicates an eccentric position. R indicates a curve value. 2 (a) and (b) shows a cross section when (a) is used as a straight pipe and (b) is used as a curved pipe, and since a smooth portion is formed on the half body or outside, retention of transported goods occurs. Absent. 3A and 3B show another embodiment.
