2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 3A is a cross-sectional view showing a remote control type mirror, in which the internal components of a mirror housing (not shown) supported with respect to the vehicle body of an automobile are depicted. The power unit 1 is fixed to the mirror housing and supports a mirror holder 3 via a ball joint 2 so as to be tiltable. A mirror body 4 is fixed to the mirror holder 3. The power unit is
A motor and a transmission member (not shown) are built in, and the advancing / retreating rod 5 is moved back and forth in the vertical direction of the drawing to tilt the mirror holder 3 (the mirror body 4 is integrally fixed).
Since this remote control type mirror is mounted on an automobile and used, it receives vibration from the engine and vibrations from the wheels and also receives wind pressure, which may cause so-called chatter vibration. In order to prevent such a problem, a technique of providing a vibration-proof leaf spring member for damping vibration is known (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-48269).
FIG. 3B is a schematic sectional view showing the above-mentioned known technique. A spherical flange 6 which is a spherical wall portion having a spherical surface concentric with the ball joint 2 is integrally formed on the mirror holder 3, while the leaf spring member 7 is formed on the case of the power unit 1.
Has one end fixed by a mounting screw 7a, and its free end slides on the spherical flange 6. As a result, friction is generated between the leaf spring member 7 and the spherical flange 6 to act as a damping function, and chatter vibration of the mirror holder (integrated with the mirror body 4) 3 is prevented.

In the known example shown in FIG. 3B, the leaf spring member 7 is attached to the case of the power unit 1 by the attaching screw 7a. The mounting screw 7a can be replaced with a rivet, but in any case, a mounting member separate from the leaf spring member is required, the number of constituent parts is large, and the number of man-hours required for mounting is large.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, has a small number of constituent parts, can be attached with one touch, and is not likely to fall off. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a vibration isolation spring.

The structure of the mounting structure for the vibration-proof spring according to the present invention, which was created to achieve the above object, is capable of tilting with respect to the power unit of the remote control type mirror device and the power unit. The spherical wall portion is provided on either one of the mirror holder which is supported by the lens holder and is tilted, and the leaf spring member is attached to the other, and the vicinity of the free end of the leaf spring member is slid against the spherical wall portion. In the vibration isolator of the mirror holder, an engaging claw facing the free end direction is cut and raised in the vicinity of the fixed end of the leaf spring member, and the free end side of the leaf spring member is A stepped portion having a wide width and a narrow width on the fixed end side is formed, and on the other hand, the mating member at the fixed end of the leaf spring member is fitted to the narrow portion on the fixed end side of the leaf spring member. Mating slots are provided Together, characterized in that the stepped portion engaging the pawl for the engagement in the interior of the groove hole is formed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, (A) is an exploded perspective view of a main part, and (B) is a schematic sectional view corresponding to FIG. . In the power unit 1'of this example, a bracket 8 for mounting the leaf spring 10 is integrally molded in its case. Reference numeral 9 shown in FIG. 3A is a slot for inserting the leaf spring 10.
Details of the shape will be described with reference to FIG. 2A is an exploded perspective view of the leaf spring 10 and its mounting portion, and FIG. 2B is a sectional view of the same in an assembled state. The lower part of the leaf spring 10 in the figure is the fixed end side, and the upper part in the figure is the free end side. The width W 1 on the fixed end side is smaller than the width W 2 on the free end side, and the stepped portion 10b is formed at the boundary portion thereof. Correspondingly, the bracket 8 is provided with a slot 9 having a width W 1 , and when the leaf spring 10 is inserted from the upper side of the drawing, the stepped portion 10b acts as a stopper to move in the vertical direction of the drawing. Positioned. Then, a cut-and-raised claw 10a for a free end (upward in the drawing) is formed near the fixed end side of the leaf spring 10. As shown in FIG. 2B, the slot 9
A step portion 9a that engages with the cut-and-raised claw 10a is provided therein. In the leaf spring 10 inserted into the slot 9, the cut-and-raised claw 10a is engaged with the stepped portion 9a to prevent the leaf spring 10 from coming off, and is locked in the vertical movement. As a result, there is no risk that the leaf spring 10 will fall off even if it receives vibration. In this embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the mirror holder 3 is provided with a spherical flange (spherical wall portion) so that the power unit 1'is provided with the leaf spring 1.
However, when the present invention is carried out, the power unit may be provided with a spherical flange (spherical wall portion) and the leaf spring may be attached to the mirror holder.

As described above, when the mounting structure of the present invention is applied, the vibration-proof spring of the remote control type mirror can be mounted with one touch, and the number of constituent parts is small, so that the parts cost is low and it can be used. There is no risk that the leaf spring will fall out due to loosening of the mounting screw.
