Abstract

PURPOSE:To turn a coating itself into a seal by drawing a pattern over an object to be coated having strippable property using water-base synthetic resin paint and stripping off the pattern after the paint is dried so that the pattern can be used as a seal. CONSTITUTION:A device for making seal 1 is constituted from a transparent plate 2 having strippable property, draft 3, eye balls 4, paint vessel 5 for frame, and coloring paint vessel 6. As the paint for frame, a water-base synthetic resin paint mainly composed of, for example, ployacrylic acid ester emulsion is used and as coloring paint, an emulsion paint having viscosity lower than that of the paint for frame is used. A draft 3 is placed under the plate 2 and an outline of the pattern is drawn following the draft 3 using the paint for frame, following which the coloring paint is poured to apply color and the eye balls 4 are placed at predetermined locations and the paint is dried naturally to turn the pattern into a seal. And then the pattern is stripped off the plate 2 and the pattern in the form of seal is put into close contact with a glass or cup having smooth surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a sticker making device, a pattern image line is preliminarily printed on an adhesive film made of vinyl chloride adhered to a plastic plate, and ink is printed in an area surrounded by the printed image line. There is known a structure in which a paint) is poured and colored, and after drying, the film (seal) is peeled off and the film (sticker) is attached to, for example, a window glass.

However, in such a sticker producing apparatus, since the area surrounded by the lines printed in advance on the adhesive film is simply colored, the composition is produced. There was little freedom in creating patterns. In addition, since the adhesive film can be colored only once, it lacks interest.

In this case, it is conceivable that the user can arbitrarily create a pattern without printing the lines on the adhesive film, but if a large number of stickers are to be produced, a large number of adhesive films are required. However, there is the disadvantage that an adhesive film must be prepared each time.

[Function] A pattern is drawn on an object with a water-based synthetic resin paint. When the paint is dry, remove the pattern from the object to be coated.
When the surface of the object to be coated is a smooth surface, this pattern works as a seal because the back surface of the peeled pattern has adhesion, so it can be used on other objects (such as glass and cups with smooth surfaces). It is possible to bring them into close contact. According to such a sticker creating apparatus, a favorite character or the like can be copied and easily made into a sticker, so that the enjoyment of pattern making can be fully enjoyed. In addition, the stickers can be freely created any number of times, which makes them more interesting.

If a high-viscosity emulsion-based paint is used to draw the pattern lines and a low-viscosity emulsion-based paint is used to perform the necessary coloring in the area surrounded by the lines, The low-viscosity emulsion-based paint can be applied before the high-viscosity emulsion-based paint dries, making it easy to create patterns, and the low-viscosity emulsion-based paint spreads thinly within the above-mentioned lines, making coloring easy. You can do it.

The frame paint container 5 has a pointed mouth so that a pattern line can be drawn easily. As the frame coating material 5 in this case, a coating film forming main element is not particularly limited, but a coating material containing a polyacrylic ester emulsion as a main component (one of water-based synthetic resin coating materials) is used. If necessary, a coating film forming auxiliary element, a pigment or a dye is added to this water-based synthetic resin coating material.

On the other hand, the colored paint container 6 is shaped so that the paint can be easily dropped. As the coloring paint in this case, an emulsion paint (one of water-based synthetic resin paints) having a viscosity lower than that of the frame paint 5 is used. Examples of the film-forming main element of the emulsion-based paint include acrylic acid ester, methacrylic acid ester, acrylic acid,
An emulsion copolymer of methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, acrylonitrile, and styrene is used. In addition, a coating film forming auxiliary element, a pigment, a dye, and a lame are added to the emulsion-based paint as needed.
